TEAC is one particular initiative, begun in and responsible to the meeting of Primates, around which has grown a Theological Studies department within the Communion office, committed beyond the work of TEAC to sharing information and developing extensive web-based resources. Rather than TEAC's moving immediately to create resources based on the existing grids and Singapore Statement, I hope for a time of extended conversation wherein the churches of the Communion can host their own conversations about the present and future of theological education, engaging vigorously with the TEAC resources within their own contexts, and perhaps even pushing some of the questions that I have raised in this essay.
