Production Services Network (PSN), an Aberdeen, Scotland-based services contractor spun out of Halliburton and Kellogg Brown and Root, is acquiring Calgaryheadquartered Tartan Engineering Ltd., it was made public in early March. The Tartan deal adds 150 employees to PSN's global roster of 8,500 workers. But the company is no stranger to Canada, having obtained the service contracts for Petro-Canada's East Coast operations in the Halliburton deal.
