In every magazine, book or training course we take, the number-one topic seems to always be "safety." We talk about the "Ten Command-ments" "Everyone Goes Home," accountability, wearing our safety gear and seatbelts, and driving responsibly. The list goes on. But what is actually done to enforce all of this safety talk? We continuously see firefighters on the Internet and other media doing things that just make you shake your head in disbelief.
