This article is about women in the workplace and difficulties they may face in achieving a level playing field. If one consider any arena where women venture into "male" territory as the "workplace," Sen Hillary Clinton's pursuit of the presidency has great significance. In all fairness, there has been tremendous progress made in the acceptance of women in the workplace. Certain aspects of life are seen as belonging to women, and the workplace is slowly coming around to recognizing these and making concessions. A dialogue about the possibility of the existence of bias could benefit diversity in the workplace and lead to a more enriched and productive experience for everyone.
