Once the foundation of a building is poured, construction begins on the framework for the structure. Similarly, individuals or organizations must adopt a framework of beliefs if they wish creativity and innovation to flow. These beliefs shape the subsequent actions of those individuals and organizations and actively promote the production of great ideas.
