Another possible concern is with the Twist-Off Type Tension Control Structural Bolt specifications of F1852 and F2280. It allows for 'special' head designs, some of which could resemble a flange. However, both specifications refer to these types of products as 'Bolts' and should be tested as a bolt, not a flange head product.
