RENTAL TERMS and CONDITIONS- are made a part of this agreement, and there
will be no implied or express warranties or agreements outside of the terms written on
this contract to rent the BOUNCE HOUSE. Renter understands that this BOUNCE
HOUSE is designed for children under the supervision of an adult at all times during use.

TIME PERIOD- rental begins when the BOUNCE HOUSE is picked up at storage
location. Rental time ends upon return of the BOUNCE HOUSE to the storage location.
ONE RENTAL PERIOD IS TEN (10) HOURS. There will be no allowances made for
Sundays, Holidays, time driving to and from storage, or time that the BOUNCE HOUSE
is not actually being used by the renter. Rental times are from 10:00am to 8:00pm each
day of use. Special arraignments can be made in advance.

DELIVERY/SET-UP FEE (OPTIONAL)- RENTAL MAY INCLUDE A $_________
DELIVERY/SET-UP & PICK-UP FEE WHICH IS IN ADDITION TO THE
$________RENTAL FEE (10 Hours). This fee assumes the rental location is within a 20
mile radius. For rental locations farther away, the fee is negotiable with the FOP
delegate/custodian in charge of BOUNCE HOUSE rentals.

SECURITY DEPOSIT- In addition to the rental fee, renter shall pay a security deposit
of $_________ by either credit card, check or cash. This deposit will be returned at the
termination of this rental agreement, subject to the option of FOP Lodge #18 to apply it
against rental charges and damages.

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE- The renter assumes all risks of loss or damage to the
BOUNCE HOUSE from any cause, and agrees to return it to the owner (FOP Lodge #18)
in the condition received, with the exception of normal wear and tear. Renter agrees to
clean the BOUNCE HOUSE if soiled during use.

CARE AND USE OF BOUNCE HOUSE- may only be used by children in a careful
and supervised manner. Renter shall make no alterations to the BOUNCE HOUSE, and
use it in the manner outlined in the BOUNCE HOUSE INSTRUCTION attached to this
contract and made a part herein. Renter will not leave the Bounce House or it’s fan
unit in an outside environment for extended periods of time or during adverse
weather conditions. The Bounce House should be stored back in its storage
container. Renter must keep objects and children away from the fan motor.

OWNERSHIP AND STATUS OF BOUNCE HOUSE- shall be deemed to be personal
property solely owned by FOP Lodge #18 located in Sedro Woolley, Washington.
Renter shall immediately notify owner regarding any notice of claim, levy, or legal
process issued against the Bounce House.

WARRANTY- FOP Lodge #18 (owner) makes no warranties, express or implied as to
the BOUNCE HOUSE rental. It is designed for amusement by children under the
supervision of an adult age 18 or older.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY- Liability for injury, disability, and/or death of
participants using the BOUNCE HOUSE caused by operation, handling, transporting or
use is the obligation of the renter. The renter shall indemnify and hold owner (FOP
Lodge #18) harmless from and against all such liability. Renter shall maintain home
insurance to cover any foreseeable or unforeseeable losses.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATON- This contract to rent Bounce
House constitutes the entire agreement between parties. No modification or
amendment of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both
parties.

MEDIATION/ARBITRATION- Any controversy or claim relating to this contract,
including the construction or application of this rental agreement, will be settled first by
mediation, then if not resolved to both parties satisfaction, shall be settled by binding
arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any judgment
granted by the arbitrator(s) may be enforced in any court of proper jurisdiction.

GOVERNING LAW- This rental agreement shall be construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Washington.
