                          supervision

Commendable:              Frequently exceeds established expectations and requires minimal
                          supervision

Satisfactory:             Performs at a consistent acceptable level meeting goals and objectives
                          with an acceptable amount of supervision

Learner:                  This responsibility is new, and the employee requires significant
                          supervision during this process; the expectation is that the employee will
                          become more independent over time

Needs Improvement:        This responsibility is one that should not require an excessive level of
                          supervision immediate improvement and attention is expected of the
                          employee to bring this skill and/or this area of responsibility back to a
                          satisfactory level with less supervision

Unacceptable:             The lack of performance in this area is not acceptable; this is a warning
                          status for the establishment of immediate steps for improvement within an
                          established minimum time frame

Repetition:               Repetition of an unacceptable level of performance as noted could cause
                          immediate dismissal
