Newsletter for July 2008
Friday, June 20th, was the first day of summer
and we had fun celebrating the season on our day
trip to Okoboji! We began with a private luncheon at
Gepetto’s on the Lake. Chef Thomas Wiley pre-
pared our choice of Wild Mushroom Sirloin Steak,
Chicken Breast Picatta, or Walnut Pesto Atlantic
Salmon Fillet. A delicious Rockslide Lava Cake
topped off our meal.
We were treated to an appearance by the
