Note: Each PRI line needs an external CSU configured in front of the
bridge.
If using NFAS, all lines have to point to the Master D channel. We cannot
mix some NFAS and regular PRI lines. The MGC does NOT support a
backup D Channel.

Make sure that all of the network drops (PRI and LAN) are in place to the
rack where the MCU will be located as well as power.

                   MGC MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Polycom MCG Manager controls the MCU for configuration, reservations,
and monitoring. It is included with the purchase of the MGC. MGC
Manager is a PC Client software application. It must be loaded at on
least at least 1 PC.

                      IP SETTINGS ON ENDPOINTS
      Polycom V-series endpoints should be hard set to 100 Full on both
       the switch and on in configuration of the ViewStation.
      Polycom FX/4000 endpoints should be hard set to 100 Full on both
       the switch and on in configuration of the ViewStation.
      Polycom 128, 512, MP endpoints should be hard set to 10 Half on
       both the switch and on in configuration of the ViewStation.
                         ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
If using WebCommander, PathNavigator, GMS or WebOffice, please
contact SKC for customer provided server specifications and
Configuration.

Remote accessibility is highly recommended. Remote accessibility can
be done by granting access rights to the Control Module’s IP address
through firewalls or by installing an Analog Modem to the MCU. Please
contact SKC for more information.

NOTICE
Complete pre-installation checklist, and save the file as a Word
document. Attach completed checklist to an e-mail, and send to your
SKC account executive, or to video.tech@skccom.com. Checklist must be
e-mailed; faxed checklists cannot be accepted. Installation will not be
scheduled until completed Pre-Installation Checklist is received.
        All equipment must be on-site before the installer arrives.

Installations will be completed, as outlined in the installation agreement,
to the best ability of those available resources. In such instances where
installations are not completed due to information submitted on this form
being inaccurate, or the lack of necessary resources prepared or
available in the room where the unit will reside, a second installation date
and fee will be required in order to complete the installation. Please be
aware of all devices requiring power, and network connections. Submittal
of this form is an agreement to the terms stated within the body of this
text. Any unauthorized changes to this form will result in the immediate
dismissal of the request and will result in delays for installation.
