  ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING TODAY OF A FUND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

                MULTIPLE CAPITAL BECOMES THE NEW MANAGER
                      OF CAPIMONT TECHNOLOGY FUNDS


         Montreal, March 25, 2009 – The venture capital fund management specialist,
Multiple Capital, has signed today a management agreement with Capimont Technology
and its limited partners, among which Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and
Fonds de solidarité FTQ , to become the new Manager of this fund. This new addition to
Multiple Capital’s family is called Multiple Capital Fund II and is the result of its
entrepreneurial and managerial talent, strong expertise and leadership in venture capital
portfolio harvesting and value optimization of venture capital investments.
         Multiple Capital has been mandated to manage the former Capimont
Technology Fund composed of 9 investments in companies operating in several sectors
of high tech like Clean Tech, Semiconductor and Advanced Tech. “We are very excited
and honoured to have been selected by the Capimont Technology Limited Partners to
take over the destiny of this fund and optimize its return through our know-how and
renowned hard work, ” said Claude Vachet, Managing Partner at Multiple Capital.
