General Job Requirement:
This position, reporting to the Director of Services, is responsible for providing detailed technical support
to the Sales Directors, Managers and VARs in your region. The successful candidate will provide both
technical and sales support for both internal Sales and VARs in support of Enterprise and Wireless Service
Provider customers with a focus on pre-sales efforts, however post sales technical support and other post
sales activities may be required from time to time. This is a dynamic, fast-paced industry that requires
experience and flexibility to succeed!
Education, Experience and other Qualifications/Training desired:
Background in Wireless/Mobility/Cellular networks and/or Networking/Internetworking devices,
protocols and operating systems.
Experience designing and implementing carrier and/or enterprise wireless deployments.
A demonstrated ability to learn new products/technologies.
A minimum of 5 years experience in telecommunications in such positions as RF Engineer, Product
Manager, and Sales Engineer.
Understanding of various Wireless Technologies such as GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, 802.11, etc.
BS or equivalent required, Masters Degree preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Contributing as a Subject Matter Expert on the successful RF design and bid of the company’s products
and services. Specific responsibilities include:
Assisting VARs/Partners in product, technology, and design related questions during the pre-sales
phase of projects.
Interfacing with customers, VARs/Partners, RF Design, Product Management, and Tech Support as
needed to successfully bid projects assigned.
Provide educational seminars to Carriers/VARs with focus on MobileAccess equipment configurations
and recommended practices.
Use case analysis/comparison of new/existing products to determine proper positioning within

Developing processes to improve the company’s products and design configurations in order to
encourage better returns for the company and to control costs more effectively.
Participating as an active team member of the MobileAccess Services group. Specific responsibilities

Participating in pre-sales meetings as needed to support internal Sales team and VARs.
