SUBJECT: Business Forum Mission
in Beirut and Amman 22-26 March 2010
The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cyprus - Lebanon Business
Association, in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, are
organizing Business Forums in Beirut and Amman, in order to promote Cyprus as a
Financial Investment, Business Services, Trade Center and advance the economic
cooperation between Cyprus - Lebanon - Jordan. The preliminary program of the Mission
is as follows:
Monday 22/03/2010 Departure to Beirut at 21:50 – 22:35 with Cyprus Airways
Tuesday 23/03/2010 Business Forum with B2B Meetings and Cocktail in Beirut
Chamber at 10:00
Wednesday 24/03/2010 Departure to Amman, Jordan at 17:00 – 18:00
Thursday 25/03/2010 Business Forum with B2B Meetings and Cocktail in
Amman Chamber at 10:00
Friday 26/03/2010 Departure to Larnaca at 07:45 – 07:55
1. We invite our members from the following fields of Business to participate: Financial
and Business Services, Tourism, Companies engaged in trade (exports / imports) in the
field of Communications, IT, Construction, Merchant Shipping, Logistics and in
partnerships & joint ventures in the economic and scientific field of Industry.
2. Determination of the Forum speakers will be under the personal status of each
speaker, and not as a company. If a speaker is not able to attend, the CCCI will designate
another speaker, not necessarily from the same company.
3. Sending the participation form on time is a pre-requisite. The co-organizers of the
Forums wish to have the list of participants as soon as possible.
The program includes business to business meetings and therefore, those members who
wish to participate, are kindly requested to send the participation form (Fax: 22667593)
by 22/02/2010 the latest.

The list of participants will be sent to the organizers to arrange the meetings.
The participation form should be accompanied by a cheque worth 300 Euros payable to
the CCCI, for purposes of promotion and advertising of the Forums and the participating
companies. This amount is not refundable.
