THE DEVELOPMENT OF A
RECRUITMENT PLAN FOR THE
AGENCY

Team Members:

This	team’s	recruitment	plan	has	played	
a	part	in	the	development	of	the	Casual	
Coordinator	job	responsibilities.	Other	
suggestions	have	been	implemented	
such	as,	Program	locations	being	
added	to	job	descriptions,	internal	CSW	
training,	ongoing	internal	training	for	
Senior	Support	Workers	to	help	develop	
for	supervisory	skills,	as	well	as	the	
creation	of	the	Employee	Resource	
Centre.
