The business model includes strong recurring revenue streams that account for between 25% and 50% of total revenue. Current forecasts project controlled expenses and a cash flow break even during the 3rd quarter of year 1. Recommendation: Recurring revenue streams and strong cash flow should be used to reduce the cost of growth capital. A financial resource is needed to ensure effective monitoring and communication. Financial scorecard/dashboard development would assist management in providing visibility of key metrics and operating levers.
