•   Follow the simple steps below to exchange your rewards token(s) for a French,
    Italian, German or Spanish course.

       o   Complete the attached form, not forgetting to supply a daytime telephone
           number. This will only be used to contact you in case of a problem with
           your delivery.

       o   Select the language that you would like to learn by deleting all others
           shown on your Clubcard rewards token.

       o   Send your alltalk MP4 player Clubcard rewards token, with the form to the
           address shown.


•   Rewards token(s) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or
    promotion.

•   As your Clubcard rewards token(s) cannot be replaced we recommend
    that you send them to Linguaphone by Special Delivery.

•   Rewards tokens are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

•   Rewards tokens must be in-date and must not have been damaged, defaced,
    copied or altered.

•   Offer is subject to availability and Linguaphone’s terms and conditions; please
