       The channel partner sends the e-mail newsletters to their list using Swiftpage, Outlook, ACT!
       by	Sage,	SageCRM	or	Sage	SalesLogix.

f Who mails the printed newsletters?

   	   Tango	sends	the	newsletters	in	bulk	using	FedEx	Air	or	FedEx	Ground	to	you.	Your	firm	is	
       responsible for mailing the newsletters unless you request our mailing service.

f How do we know what the newsletter will look like with our information?

       Tango will send you a proof in a PDF format for your review and approval prior to printing
       or final delivery of the e-mail version.

f How do we get co-op reimbursement?

       Tango is a Sage Software Preferred Vendor and offers Sage Software Business Partners com-
       petitive rates for marketing services. Not only this, but we’re able to save you time on co-op
       paperwork	and	out-of-pocket	expenses.	With	Tango	as	your	Preferred	Vendor	you	only	pay
