GREGORY GREEN AS INVESTMENT MANAGER Continental Realty Advisors (CRA), a privately held owner of multi-family housing properties, nationwide, announced that it had hired Dr. Gregory Green to head its Investment Management Department. Dr. Green brings a wealth of investment experience and will be in charge of managing the company’s $300 Million Equity Investment Fund, which is set to launch in late 2009. Dr. Green has seventeen years experience as a principal/advisor in portfolio acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. His duties included financial analysis, asset performance projections, negotiations and asset selections. Dr. Green served on the acquisition and reorganization teams at American General Corp., Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Wellpoint. Dr. Green also served as an investment advisor and senior wealth management consultant with Morgan Stanley - Smith Barney and TIAA Cref. Dr. Green received his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University, his post doctorate LLM in Taxation and Finance at the University of Houston, his MBA in Finance at the University of St. Thomas and his Masters in Dispute Resolution/Negotiations from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. Dr. Green received his Board Certification as an Asset Manager from the Board of Standards at the American Academy of Financial Management. Dr. Green is an associate professor of finance and economics at Colorado Christian University teaching such MBA classes as investment and portfolio management, acquisition and strategic management and financial foundations. He is happily married to his lovely wife of 23 years. He has three wonderful children and resides in Centennial, Colorado.
