Chinese medicine has always linked body parts to various emotions. These emotions can manifest themselves as trauma, accidents, illness, or stress. The aura is the energy field that surrounds the body like a bubble. It is made up of 4 different parts our emotions, spirit, mental state, and health. The aura reflects the inner self, and therefore it changes with changes in us, like emotions and variations in our mental state. Clearing the aura means getting rid of negative energies and foreign vibrations that may be affecting your energy field. Cleansing the aura means you will be able to attract positive people and positive energies instead of negative ones. For some, aura cleansing means letting go of the past and being willing to move forward into the future. Healing can occur naturally and more easily. 5 The Layers of the Aura The energy field, or aura, around a person is actually a large magnetic field. It can be sensed, felt, and seen (by certain individuals) around the physical body. The colors of the aura can be used to discern spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical strengths and weaknesses of the individual. The concept of the energy field has existed for thousands of years in religions from Buddhism to the Shamans of the Native American Indians. Holistic healing has its roots far back in ancient history. As people have turned to a more natural way of living, the trend has run once again toward alternative healing methods. Some of these treatments are simply new versions of an ancient truth. The first level of the aura, sometimes called the etheric layer, is the closest to the body. The second level of the aura contains the emotional body. This is where inner emotions and feelings for those around us come into play. These feelings may appear as a swirling mass that’s not as defined as the first layer of the aura. The third layer is the mental body, which relates to intellect, understanding, and thoughts or ideas. The fourth layer of the aura is the spiritual body, which is the most healing of the four layers. Allowing the life force to flow from the fourth layer encourages healing on all levels of the person.
The less intrusive ways of treating illnesses promote self-discovery, self-knowledge, and a distinct connection between the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Knowing the state of the energy field can help people to offset negative interactions and avoid stressful encounters.
