Matthew 25:1-13 1Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps,
and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3Those who
were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4But the wise took oil in their vessels with
their lamps. 5While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6And at midnight there was a
cry made, “Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go you out to meet him”. 7Then all those virgins arose, and
trimmed their lamps. 8And the foolish said unto the wise, “Give us of your oil; for our lamps have gone
out.” 9But the wise answered, saying, “Lest there be not enough for us and for you: but rather you go to
them that sell, and buy for yourselves.” 10And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they
that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11Afterward came also the
other virgins, saying, “Lord, Lord, open to us.” 12But He answered and said, “Verily I say unto you, I
know you not.” 13Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man
comes.

BENEFICIAL BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE FROM THE BIBLE
The Lord’s Parable of the Ten Virgins, as found in Matthew 25:1-13, is one of the most simple parables; yet, it may be
the most difficult to understand. I have not found a commentary, or an interpretation, of this parable that even
seemed to come close to answering all of the issues that are found within this parable. I have also heard countless
ministers and evangelists include this parable within their messages; yet in these teachings I have not heard an
adequate interpretation that logically answered the issues of this parable. To understand this parable it requires at
least a rudimentary knowledge of some foundational teachings of Christ that have been concealed from us, as a
hidden mystery, within the Bible, and especially within the New Testament.
Effectively, we must first come to the realization that the Knowledge of the Truth, which are the Words of God, were
sealed up until the time of the end (Daniel 12:4,9,10; Hebrews 10:25,26; Matthew 13:11-16; Mark 4:11-20; Acts
28:28; Romans 11:25; 2 Corinthians 12:4). Without the availability of these Words of Understanding (Proverbs 1:2-
6,23; Psalm 119:130; John 3:29-35), it was not possible for us to understand these parables. We get an
understanding of this lack of knowledge when we read Revelation 1:3. For the apostle John says that “BLESSED is
he who reads and those who hear the WORDS OF THIS PROPHECY, and keeps those things that are written in it.
Why this statement is important to interpreting parables is that it is a statement that guides us to understand that if
you see and hear His Words, and then you will be able to understand the parables and to keep them. The Lord gave
to us parables that are in a form of prophetic teaching. Such is the case of the parable of the ten virgins. The
parables were told in ways that transcend time and withhold their secrets as a hidden mystery until the time has come
that they should be unlocked.
We should be able to understand this fact if we cautiously consider what the Lord truly revealed through His Words
recorded within the four Gospels, and in the words of His apostles and prophets. It is evident in Hebrews 10:25-31
that the Lord is saying that as you see the Day (the Day of the Lord) approaching, that the Knowledge of Truth SHALL
BE RECEIVED. This is not difficult to grasp, for Paul recorded this in very clear words, if we will just accept what he
is stating. In 1 Timothy 2:4, Paul tells us that it is the desire of the Lord for all of us to come to the Knowledge of the
Truth. So, what is the Truth? Of course Jesus said that He is the Truth (John 14:6), and that He speaks the Truth
(John 8:46). John the Baptist tells us that Jesus was sent by God to speak the Words of God and that no one would
receive them (John 3:29-36). Jesus said that John the Baptist bore witness of the Truth (John 5:33 – for John the
Baptist’s testimony was that Jesus spoke the language of heaven, which are the Words of God). John the Baptist
also clarifies that the Words of God are supernatural, for they contain both Spirit (All Works of God are done by His
Spirit) and Life (All Promises of God can be found within what is His purposes of Eternal Life), in full measure
(Meaning that His Words that contain irrevocable promises of God that are performed by His supernatural all powerful
Spirit). Finally, in John 16:13, the Lord teaches us that when the Spirit of Truth HAS COME, that He will guide us into
ALL Truth. This means that He will guide us into every kind of Truth, even the knowledge of His Words, and the
understanding of His parables. This is obvious because the last line of John 16:13 shows us that the Spirit of Truth
will also make known to us things that are to come. Thus, when the Knowledge of Truth has come, the Spirit of Truth
will come, for His Words have the Spirit of Truth in them, and then we will be able to understand His parables, just as
He promised us in Proverbs 1:23.
Remember also that the Greek word for Gospel is accurately translated as the “Good News”. The word “Gospel” is a
bad translation, for it makes it a little more difficult for us to understand that we should be reading the four books to
glean out the Good News that the Lord came to reveal to us (The four books being Matthew, Mark, Luke and John).
The use of the word “Good” is important. Remember in Genesis 1, that the Lord identifies that the works of the
Father are to be known as “Good”. Each of the creation days (Except the 2nd Day) closes with the Lord stating, “And
God saw that it was “Good””. In clarity, we see in Genesis 1, that the Lord spoke, and that the Father did the works,
and these works were called Good. Further, in Genesis 1:2 we are told that it was the Spirit that hovered over the

face of the Waters, so we can know that the Good Works were done by the Spirit. Jesus says in John 14:10 that it is
the Father that does the Works and in Matthew 19:16, 17 He tells us that only the Father is “Good”.
John 14:10 The Words which I speak to you I do not speak from Myself, but the Father who abides in Me, He does the
      works.
Matthew 19:16,17 Now behold, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good shall I do that I may have eternal
life?” So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is Good but One, that is, God.”
From this we know that the works are “the Good”, and that it is the Father who does the works. That is the Good
works that are done by the speaking of His Words. That is the Good News of Truth that Jesus came into the world to
bear witness of, as He so states in John 18:37. Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 1:20 that Jesus had in Him the Truth,
and that within the Truth is found the promises of God.
We can understand this more by listening to John the Baptist, for in John 3:27-36, he reveals the basic knowledge
that he rejoices to hear the voice of the Lamb of God, for Jesus came into the earth to speak the language of heaven,
and not that of the earth. The Words of God are far different than the Words of our earthly languages. For the Words
of God are not only spoken by voice, they are also effectively spoken in silence by doing them in actions. It is when
we do them by actions, from our knowledge of the Words that we have learned from the Lord, that we give honor to
the Father; and, it is then that the Lord says of what we are asking by our act of faith, that is heard and seen in
heaven, that it shall be done for us (John 15:7; John 14:9-21). Finally, the Spirit of Truth is the Holy Spirit and it
dwells here with His Saints; but He is not in them in power until they gain the knowledge of the Words of God. For the
Spirit of Truth is in His Words. Until we write them on our hearts, by gaining knowledge of the Truth, we cannot have
the Holy Spirit of Truth in our heart. Jesus and the Father are the Spirit of Truth, and thus when we receive His
Words, we receive them within us in the full measure of His power in each of His Words that we receive. Then
whatever we ask shall be done for us. This is the basis of the teaching of the Lord in John 14:9-31. The sign of the
Spirit of Truth being released into the world is the accurate understanding of the things that are to come (John 16:13).
This is also the fulfillment of the Lord’s end time prophecy that the only sign that this generation will receive is that of
the prophet Jonah. For Jonah was sent to clearly tell the Ninevites of the punishment of the things that are to come,
and to give them the opportunity to turn and repent – Basically he warned them so that they could save themselves
from the punishments that the Lord was about to send upon them.
Consider Paul’s statement in 1 Thessalonians 2:13 regarding this separation (Or difference) between the Word of
God that are spoken by one who is sent from heaven, and the word of man that are spoken upon the earth. Paul
says that the Word of God is different than the language of the earth. Paul also reveals that he Words of God is
different because they come with Power and with the Holy Spirit, and they are the Truth (1 Thessalonians 1:5).
I Thessalonians 2:13 For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the Word of God
which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in Truth (His Kingdom, as this was only
opened to the Jews in Paul’s day, so this shows that this book was written to the Jews of Thessalonian who had heard
His Words), the Word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe (per John 15:7).
The book of 1st Thessalonians was written to the church in Thessalonica, which was a Jewish synagogue. It is clear
in the 1st and 2nd chapters of this book that Paul is addressing people who had been taught the Words of God by Paul
and those who taught with him. Paul says as much in 1 Thessalonians 1:5-10, when He says that the Word of God
came to them not only in Word, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit. That is the description of the Words of God
that have both Spirit and Life in them according to John 3:34. According to 1 Thessalonians 2:13, these people had
heard and had accepted God’s Words, writing them on their hearts. For Paul’s explanation shows that these people
were able to rightly divide the Word of God by its Truth. It was this teaching of Paul, the teaching of the Words of
God, that are Truth, that seems to have caused the uproar among the Jewish people, that caused them to chase Paul
from the city. This is confirmed by Paul in 1 Thessalonians 2:1-16. The wording of this passage, especially verse 16,
shows that this passage was written to Thessalonian Jews who had received the Words of God, and not to the
Gentiles, whom they desired to teach the news of the Lord. Paul differentiates between the Jews who had rejected
the Good News of the Words of God that Jesus had come to give them, and these in Thessalonica who had heard
and who had received what they had heard. Paul reveals in 1 Thessalonians 2:4, that his message to the
Thessalonians is about their receiving of the Words of God that they (Especially, the disciples, most who received His
Words in Luke 21:44,45) had spoke in Thessalonica was that special message that they were especially approved by
God to have received. Therefore, he is not speaking of the general “Gospel”, as we have believed until now. The
Lord has now opened His Words for us to also understand His Good News.
I Thessalonians 1:5-10 5For our Good News did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit
and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake. 6And you have become
followers of us and of the Lord, having received the Word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit, 7so that you
                                                                         8
became examples to all in Macedonia and Achaia who believe. For from you the Word of the Lord has sounded forth,
not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place. Your faith toward God has gone out, so that we do not need to
                      9
say anything. For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned from
idols to serve the living and true (Genuine) God, 10and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead,

even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come (As is guaranteed in the receiving of His Word called Grace into our
        hearts).
The key to the importance of understanding these basic details about the knowledge of Truth, as in relation to the
parable of the ten virgins, is that there are Words of God utilized within the text of this parable. It is only by the
understanding of these Words that the clarity of the Lord’s teaching in this parable is opened to us. This is exactly as
it is told by David in Psalm 119:130, that the entrance of His Words gives us Light (Jesus said that He is that Light
that comes down from Heaven, and He tells us that the Spirit is Light); and, that the entrance of His Words gives
understanding even to the simple. Now we can see that by understanding His Words of this parable, that we will gain
understanding of this parable.
To further complicate matters, the Bible translations of this passage, such as The New American Standard Bible and
the New Living Translation Bible, have so dramatically changed the wording of the parable that an accurate
translation would seem to be impossible to glean from those translations. For those Bibles translate the original Bible
into what would be more accurately described as a Bible Commentary, rather than an accurate account of the Text of
the Bible.
The great news is that we have entered into the Time of the End, and the Knowledge of Truth has been received; and
now the Spirit of Truth is among us to guide us into all Truth. He will also greatly convict us of sin, for now, not only
will the hidden mystery of the Bible be revealed; but all things that man is doing by deceit and in the darkness, that
have been hidden, are now going to be revealed. We have truly come to the time of history wherein the parable of
the Ten Virgins carries great significance. For we have reached the time of its importance to decide. We must
choose to increase in knowledge of the glory of the Lord, filling our lamps with that oil of heaven; or we will, by our
own choices and actions, leave ourselves unprepared for that Day when He calls His Saints home.
UNDERSTANDING THE SCRIPTURAL BACKGROUND TO THE PARABLE OF THE TEN VIRGINS
The entire four books of what is called the “Four Gospels” are written in parables. There are the parables that Jesus
taught, and then there is the parable in the reason and way that He taught them. Jesus made it clear in Mark 4:34
that all things given to those who were outside the Jews who were His disciples, including all gentiles, that all things
were given in parables; and, further, that WITHOUT A PARABLE He did not speak (Mark 4:34). Therefore, we have
to dissect the parable of the ten virgins by three methods.
    • Firstly, we have to understand that the Lord used His Words in the parable, and understanding them is the
key that unlocks the hidden mystery of the parable, so that even the simple can understand His meaning for
          this parable.
    • Secondly, we have to understand the way of the Lord in telling this parable. We have to consider the
background setting of the parable. Who was He speaking to and in what setting did He speak this parable.
Consider that the Lord did nothing by chance, and that all of the people who came to hear Him speak were
lead by the Spirit of Truth working upon them. The Lord Jesus came as the Good Teacher. He did not do the
Good (Jesus said that it is the Father who is in Him, who did the works), but He came to teach us the way of
the Good (He said that I am the Way, and He came to teach us how to access the Good Works of the Father
and to obtain His promises, especially eternal Life). Jesus also said that He was the Good Shepherd (This
means that Jesus watches over His sheep to enable them to do His Words so that the Father can do Good
Works for them). Therefore, we need to consider what is the way of the teaching of the Father’s promises that
Jesus is revealing to us within this parable. During this parable the Lord was telling the Jews of the end times
events that were to come. Jesus was setting upon the Mount of Olives, which is the spot where He will
return, and the disciples asked Him to tell them when these things would come to pass. Remember that of
these disciples we received the four Gospels that teach us the base by which He established His church; and
from these we have the lampstand from where we are supposed to receive understanding and to gain oil for
our lamp. Thus we can see how the setting He chose testifies to the way of His teachings in this parable of
          the ten virgins.
    • Thirdly, we have to understand that this is an End Times parable. It is not possible to understand a Time of
the End parable by itself. All of the parables that Jesus spoke are inerrant and are tied to each other in all
ways. Therefore, this parable can be understood clearly when the Spirit of Truth has revealed to us the
knowledge of all Truth. Then we are able to draw from the understanding of the other parables so that we
see exactly how this parable completes a piece of the End Times activities. There cannot be any conflict
among the scriptures, for the Bible is inerrant. If there is, then we lack understanding, and we need to seek
        further clarification from the Lord.
There is some basic clarity that is found in the text of the Parable of the Ten Virgins:
   1. The parable is addressing people who are believers of Christ. In this parable, all ten virgins know that Jesus
        is coming for them.

Matthew 25:1-13 Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet
                                                  2
the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

  2. Each of the Ten Virgins is a member of His church. They all consider themselves to be brides of the Lord.
The church is the bride of Christ. The church is in actuality not a Temple or a church house. It is the Temple
that is in each person, for each of us are a Temple where the Spirit of Truth desires to come in, sweep it
clean, and reside in us. The Church that is a physical building is comprised of people who are a bride of
Christ when they receive Him and cleanse themselves, and make themselves ready. This is why a person
has a lamp, but the church is as a lampstand. Today, though we believe that we are ready, we are not close
to being ready, and the Spirit of Truth is going to now reveal this to all of His people, so that they can make
themselves ready to be brides of Christ. (Consider that it is not possible for the Spirit of Truth to come inside
of us when we have no knowledge of the Truth. Thus, as of today, we as yet do not have the Spirit of Truth
living in us; though He has now come, with the authority by the law of God’s purpose of time, to enter into us,
and therefore He is now knocking at the door of our hearts, and that is why the Great White Harvest of Souls
will now come, as many will truly become Fishers of Men).
  3. The key events of the parable occur at the time of the day that is called the NIGHT.
  4. The cry that the Bridegroom is coming occurs at MIDNIGHT. That is the time that is the closing of the
evening hours (Sunset to Midnight), and the beginning of the Night hours (Midnight to Sunrise).
  5. The oil of the 5 wise virgins was stored in the vessels that they took along with their lamps. The Lord
distinguishes that they are two different items – the vessels and the Lamps.
  6. The oil that is used in this text is Olive Oil. This is the oil that was used to anoint the Priests and it is the oil
that the Lord required of His people to give a first fruits offering. It is also the oil that the Lord gave in the
vision to Zachariah that was connected to the work of His Spirit to empower Joshua (The High Priest of the
people of Israel) and Zerubbabel (The ruler over Israel who was rebuilding the Temple of the Lord in
Jerusalem) (Zachariah 4). This is important because the Temple of the church is the vessel of our body.
Because in these end times that Lord has opened His Words to rebuild His Church and to purify each of our
Physical Body Temples where He wants to come in and reside (Daniel 12:4,9-10). Then we will be able to
put on the new garments of Knowledge of the Glory of the Lord, that is our acceptable bridal gown.
  7. During the time of the Night (After Midnight), it will be too late to get oil. By the time that the oil will again be
available to His believers, the Lord will have already come, and the door to heaven for His believers is closed.
At the time of Midnight it is no longer possible to get up to heaven in the event that is called the Rapture. If
you do not have oil by that time, then you will not be able to get it in time to go to heaven. Remember that in
the Time of the Night, the Lord says that no man can work. Thus, there will be no one selling oil until the
morning, and the Rapture will have occurred before the Sunrise, when the oil is again available.
  8. The 5 foolish virgins first went to the 5 wise virgins to get their oil. Why is this? Those who are wise will
receive the Words of God in them. According to John 15:7 that when the Lord abides in you, and His Words
abide in you, that you may ask what you desire and it will be done for you. The 5 foolish virgins know that by
that law, then all the 5 wise virgins have to do is to ask of the Lord, and the Lord will give oil to the 5 foolish
virgins. However, this is where knowledge comes in. The first part of John 15:7, begins with the clarification
that this law is for those who not only have His Words abiding in them, they have the Lord abiding in them.
Therefore, they will never disobey the will of God. It is the Will of God that those who have not received His
knowledge by the time of Midnight, that it will be unlawful by order of God for those who are wise to give of
their oil to the foolish. You can understand this by reading Proverbs 1:20-33. The Lord has stood by calling
and calling; but, soon there will be a famine of the Word that comes upon the earth (Amos 8:11-14), and in
those days no man can receive knowledge of the Word, and it will be unlawful for the wise to give of their
Spirit to the foolish. The Spirit of Truth will be removed from the foolish in those days.
  9. During the time of the Night the wise virgins will use their oil to do the works that the Lord guides them to do,
as He miraculously provides for them, as He has promised to keep them safe and secure in the days of the
troubles that occur in the Night, that is before the event of the Rapture (Proverbs 1:32; Revelation 6:6). The
troubles that come upon the world in this time of the Night are the 3rd and 4th Seal Judgments. The wise will
be kept safe and secure in those days, for they will have the knowledge of the way to supernatural provision
and protection. The foolish will share in the punishment of the sins of the world (The famine by economic
collapse of the 3rd Seal Judgment, as is also explained in Zephaniah 1), and will partake of the plagues the
Lord will bring upon the world when the Spirit of the Lord visits the earth and brings Death and Hades. Death
will take 1/4th of the wicked and Hades will take 1/4th of the complacent believers (Revelation 6:7-8).
Remember that when the Spirit of the Lord brought the plague of Death upon the Egyptians that it was the
final blow and that at that time the Lord also destroyed all the gods of Egypt, and the knowledge of the Glory
of the Lord was made known in the world. It will be the same at the time of the 4th Seal Judgment, as this will
be the final step in making known the glory of the Lord on all those on the face of the earth.
This set the stage for His people to come out of Egypt to go to the Promised Land, and the entire world
learned of His great works for His people. This event shall be closely followed with the 6th Seal Judgment, as

Matthew 25:1-13 Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet
                                                2
the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

the Lord shall make the skies above the earth to be blackened, as He made it to be blackened over the
armies of Egypt, the Lord will take His people off of the earth in the event that is called the Rapture.
As it says in Revelation 6:15,16, that at this time, everyone on the whole face of the earth will now tremble
because they shall have witnessed these troubles, and they now know that the time has come when the
wrath of the Lord will be poured out upon all those who are left on the earth. Everyone on earth will now
know that they missed the Rapture and that there is but one God. This is all occurring before the Trumpet
and Bowl Judgments that will follow.

  10. Not only is the door closed after Midnight to all believers who have not prepared themselves, the bridegroom
no longer wants them. They will now have to earn their way into heaven through martyrdom. He will not only
say that they are not welcome, He will say that He never even knew them. This means that what is in their
heart, at the Time of Midnight, is not of Him. For He is the discerner of hearts. This is saying that to reject to
gain in oil is a Willful Sin that is unforgivable sin, for as it says in Hebrews 10:29, that those who ignore His
Words, and did not seek to increase in knowledge, will have trampled upon the Spirit of Grace. The Lord
says in John 8:47 that He who do not hear the Words of God are not of God. That is what we are seeing here
in this parable. These were believers, but they refused to heed His call and refused to seek to hear and
receive the Words of God. Thus, they had no oil and after Midnight it was not possible to buy them until
morning, for they are only revealed by the Spirit of God (Proverbs 1:23), and in the time of the Night He will
not hear them and the Spirit will not be allowed to open understanding to these, for they rejected His
knowledge when He offered it to them (Proverbs 1:24-33).
  11. Take notice that at Midnight there was an event that occurred that made known to all that the Bridegroom is in
deed coming soon. That event was a cry that went out. The scriptures do not say that this cry came down
from heaven. This was a cry that was known to all who believed in Christ and who desired to be taken up in
the Rapture. The cry made known without a doubt that the Lord is soon coming, for even the foolish virgins
understood that He is soon coming. What is the cause of this cry? It is the realization that the Lord has
removed the Holy Spirit from all those who were not prepared. Remember that Faith comes by hearing; and
that hearing, which is the gaining of knowledge, comes by the receiving of the Word of God (Romans 10:17).
You can understand this by the words of David’s teaching found in Psalm 119:130, when he says that it is by
the entrance of His Words that we receive Light and that then even the simple can gain in understanding.
  12. The 5 wise virgins woke up and had no oil in their lamp. The Lord says that in that day that He will take from
the unprofitable servant and give it to the profitable servant. The Lord is going to remove the Holy Spirit from
the believers who have refused or rejected, or were too complacent, to increase in knowledge. We are in the
days when the Lord demands that we become ZEALOUS. Those who do not take up their cross and follow
Him are going to be found unworthy. It is this event, the time when the angels come forth and set apart the
worthy from the unworthy. They are going to do this by removing the oil – the Holy Spirit – from the foolish
virgins, and they will add their oil to the vessels of the wise virgins who were ready.
  13. Take notice that only those who were READY at Midnight were allowed into the wedding hall. But the
Bridegroom did not come at Midnight. He does not come until just before the Sunrise, and just maybe, until
slightly after Sunrise. However, take notice that the Lord killed the Pharaoh and His armies in the Red Sea

just as the Sun came up, and the Israelites were already across the Red Sea on their way to the Promised
Land. So we can expect the Rapture just before the Sunrise (2018).
  14. The 5 foolish virgins will go to and fro throughout the earth desperately seeking to increase in knowledge
(Amos 8:11-14), and to know the works of the Lord; but even though they learn His Words, they will not be
able to enable the Good Works of the Father, for the Lord says that He will not hear them; and further He
says that He will laugh at their calamity when their troubles come upon them (Proverbs 1:24-32). It is willful
sin to not be prepared. They were not ready and they would not believe in the knowledge of Truth, and now
they will know that they needed to prepare themselves for the time of the Night. What little they had, the
angels of the Lord took from them.
  15. Take notice that the time of Midnight is actually a Judgment time for all the Christians. If we are not prepared
at that moment, so that we are found worthy of Him, and are, then we will not be set apart (Sealed) to be kept
safe and secure in the time of the troubles that come during the 3rd and 4th Seal Judgments, and, further we
will not be among those who make heaven without the necessity of becoming a martyr for Him. The midnight
hour is the moment of judgment for all who will be raptured. It is the closing of the wedding invitation to all
        those in the world.
  16. Take notice that at midnight, that the 5 wise virgins recognized that they had oil; and further, that they
importantly recognized that troubles were coming, and that they would need all their oil to make it through the
time of troubles. They did not know what all was coming, but they know that in the time of the Night that they
will be required to enable the Good Works of the father to be kept safe and secure. Notice also that during
the Night (the time after the hour of midnight) that the wise virgins no longer slept, for they were set to be
diligent to do the Words of God to keep what the Lord had given them. In these days all believers will be
focused upon the Lord, and there will be no one sleeping, as all believers will be studying the Lord’s ways to
let Him do His Good works for their needs. Likewise, consider the 5 unwise virgins, for they also did not
sleep. For they were now suddenly desperate to find knowledge. Unfortunately, there will be many who are
left with the only hope of going to heaven, instead of one of God’s prisons, will be thorough the act of
martyrdom for the sake of bringing glory to His Kingdom. Suicide is not an option, as that is a selfish act of
murder that has no part of God, and will condemn them for eternity. It will have to be true martyrdom that is
done in the way of the Lord, and that is truly done for the glory of the Kingdom.
  17. The opening of the parable begins with a time that is interesting. They all knew the Lord was coming and
they prepared their Lamps. In other Words they worshipped the Father and the Lord Jesus, but only the 5
wise virgins bothered to gather up oil into their vessels (Writing His Words into the hearts). All ten of them had
some oil in their Lamps, but only the 5 wise virgins put oil in their vessels, and our heart is our vessel. (The
Lord warns us in Luke 8:12 that the devil will come and take His Words out of our hearts if we are not serious
to zealously seek Him and increase in knowledge). The Lord makes it clear in John 15:7, that in the time of
the Night we will need both Understanding of His Ways as well as knowledge of His Words to make it though.
Then whatever we ask will be done for us, for the Lord promises that in those days His oil and wine (those
changed by knowledge) will be kept safe and secure (Proverbs 1:33; and Revelation 6:6). When the Words
of God are opened, we are responsible to hear them and to teach them to our children so that they may know
His Works and not rebel against the Lord (Psalm 78:1-11). We need to know that there is a Law of the
Fathers (Deuteronomy 11:18-21) that requires that we teach His Words to our children, and that by the words
of the Lord in Malachi 4:6, we can know that the Lord intends that in these last days we are to turn to our
children and teach them His Words so that their hearts may be turned to not be rebellious. This is not an
option, it is a command of the Father, and He says that if we love Him then we will hear His Words and keep
        His commandments (John 14:15-23).
It was in ~531 BC, that the Lord gave to Daniel the prophet, the command to shut up the Words and to seal
the Book. Since that time they have been sealed from all the people on earth, except the Lord’s disciples,
and Paul, so that they would be a witness to them, and so that prophecy could be fulfilled. The Words of God
and the Understanding of the Scriptures had to be revealed to the disciples and Paul, because to them it was
given to write the New Testament. It was necessary for the Bible to be inerrant. The works of the disciples
and Paul testify to the Glory of the Words and the Spirit of God. The Words were sealed with a command
given by the Lord, as punishment upon the people, for the failure of His priests and the fathers of His people.
They had disobeyed the Lord by failing to teach His Words and to give understanding of His works to the
children of Israel. It is the fulfillment of the prophetic warning of Hosea 4:6. It is also the desire of the Lord to
withhold the Words, so that in these last days that the power of His glory will be made known. We will be able
to be witness to His power in the Works of the Spirit, who is able to close the Words, and no one could open
until the Father willed it to be opened.
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will
reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children
(He will take away His Words of Wisdom and understanding of the Scriptures).

Understanding the Parable of the Ten Virgins; A Bible Teaching With Floyd E. Taylor

The law of God that the people had broken was the failure to teach the knowledge of the Lord (His Words) to
all the people who believed in God. This is called the Law of the Fathers (Psalm 78:5); and, this law is found
      in Deuteronomy 11:18-21.
Deuteronomy 11:18-21 “Therefore you shall lay up these Words of Mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind
them in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets
between your eyes. You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when
you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. And you shall write them on the doorposts of
your house and on your gates, that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land of
which the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the earth.”
Few people have understood the great severity of this punishment. The Words have greatness, because
they are the Spirit of God, and they are very powerful. We lost this source of Power of the Spirit in that day of
      Daniel 12:4.
Psalm 78:1-8 “Give ear, O my people, to my law; incline your ears to the words of my mouth. I will open my
mouth in a parable and I will utter puzzles of old (Some Bibles translate as dark sayings or riddles, but the proper
translation should be as hidden “puzzles”), which we have heard and known and our fathers have told us. We
will not hide them from their children, telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and His strength
and His wonderful works that He has done. For He established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in
Israel, which He commanded to our fathers, that they should make them known to their children; that the
generation to come might know them, the children who would be born, that they may arise and declare them to
their children, that they may set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep His
commandments; and they may not be like their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that
did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God.”
From these scriptures we see that the teaching of the Words of God is a very important requirement of the
Lord. This leads to another question, why are they important? The answer is found in the teaching of David.
David said that the principal thing for a person is to get wisdom, and in all our getting, to get understanding
(Proverbs 4:6). Solomon taught us that knowledge is the understanding of the Holy One (Proverbs 9:10).
The Holy One is clearly Jesus, for He proclaims this fact in Revelation 3:7; and, it is confirmed in Revelation
5:1-8, when, after searching all of creation, only Jesus was found to be worthy to step forth and receive the
Scroll of the Seals from the all-powerful right hand of the Father God. We need to also understand that in
Daniel 12:4 that the Lord says Knowledge shall increase. What is the knowledge? If we go back to the
covenant the Lord made with Moses in Numbers 14:21, we will find the answer. The Lord stated that surely
the knowledge of His Glory would fill the earth, and this must be accomplished in the Time of the End.
  18. The parable of the 10 virgins is all about the believers who desire to be set apart to be brides to the
bridegroom. These brides go forth to meet the bridegroom because The Lord gives us the parable of the
King who sends out the Wedding Invitations to the wedding of His Son.

Understanding the Parable of the Ten Virgins; A Bible Teaching With Floyd E. Taylor

It is important to consider this parable in relation to the parable of the ten virgins, because both of them have
to do with the marriage of the bride of Christ to the Lamb of God. The timings must be agreeable and they
must relate to each other. The chart reveals the timing of the Wedding invitations sent by the King, and the
bridegroom coming to take His bride.
  19. Take notice that the parable begins by referring to the Kingdom of Heaven. In Luke 17:20, the Lord gives us
a great teaching. In Luke 17:20, the Lord says that the Kingdom of Heaven does not come by observation,
and that the Kingdom of Heaven is inside of us. This gives us knowledge, for the Lord says that all His Works
are in Truth (Daniel 4:37). All His works are Truth (Psalm 33:4). That He is the King of a place where all
people who of the Truth hear His voice (John 18:37); and, since all of creation was made and consists by His
spoken voice, then we can know that all of creation is called Truth. Also, since all His laws are Truth (Psalm
119:142), and all of His Words are Truth (Psalm 119:160), then we can understand that the Kingdom of
Heaven that is inside of us is that Truth, and that Truth is the Words of God that are in us. The Words of God
are what is spoken in heaven. Paul learned them when He went to Paradise (2 Corinthians 12:1-4), while the
other disciples heard them directly from the Lord (Luke 24:44-45). Other Jews were taught them by the
disciples, as is evidenced by Paul’s words of Acts 28. The book of Acts seems to end strangely. This is only
because it ends with the important revelation of the account of the rejection of the Words of God by the Jews.
Paul tells us in Acts 28:28, that the Lord has again sealed them from new people until the time of the Gentiles
is fulfilled, and that the Gentiles will listen to them (They were closed to all except to those few who came to
      see Paul at his residence during those next two years while he was in Rome, as is stated in Acts 28:30,31;
but after the passing of the disciples they were not taught again. This is also confirmed by Paul in Romans
11:25, that the Words of God – that are the Kingdom of God - were again sealed for the Jews, until the days
when the Lord would open them again at the Time of the End - This time to all the Gentiles, and through them
also to the Jews. This is also attested by the way in which the book of Revelations, the last book, is woven in
mystery with parables using His Words).
There is a parallel understanding that is provided to the Parable of the Wedding Feast. The Lord has
unsealed His Words and He has opened understanding of His Works to all believers. In Pr. 9:10 it is revealed
that understanding is Knowledge of the Holy One. The Lord revealed in John 14:6 He is the Truth. In 1 Tim
2:4 Paul reveals that it is the desire of the Lord that all people come to the Knowledge of Truth. In Heb
10:25,26, Paul confirms that the Knowledge of Truth will be received as the Day of the Lord draws near. The
1st Invitation to the Church of the Lord is the opening of His Words and the unsealing of the Bible to the
leaders of His Church. This occurred in 2004 when the Words were revealed and the Book was unsealed.
The Lord fulfilled the prophecy that it would be as in the days of Jonah, as He sent Jonah to the Ninevites
(Assyrians), the superpower nation of that day.

This time the Lord sent His servant to America, the superpower nation of this day. Unlike the Ninevites, the
leaders of the people of this day have not repented. The Leaders of the Church and Nation of this day have
done as those in the day of Jesus, as they have rejected the Words He delivered by His messenger; and,
they would not hear His message of the judgments that the Father is going to send upon this nation. This
was the 2nd wedding invitation and the people have yet to respond. America has not yet responded; and,
soon the Lord will send His invitation to the entire world.

At the present time our King is calling for all people to put on their white garments and get ready to enter into
the special tent that He has prepared to seal up all those who desire to come to the wedding of His Son.
One of the great mysteries in the New Testament is the Lord’s Words regarding the Kingdom of God. The
Kingdom of God is in the sealed Words of God that are in the verses of the Bible and that you have already
received (Luke 17:20-21). You have received them inside you unknowingly by every minister you have heard
speak a Bible verse, as well as each time you have read verses from the Bible. They are planted in you as a
harvest, and by receiving the knowledge of the meaning of the Words of God; the kingdom of God can now
be harvested by awakening your mind and to the knowledge of the Truth, and unleashing the Spirit of Truth
within you. Today many ministers believe and teach that the Kingdom of God is now being taken to the ends
of the earth. There is a lack of understanding in regard to the meaning of the Kingdom of God, and the sign
relating to it and the return of the Lord. We need to gain clarity. This is important because the Lord said that
He would not return until the Knowledge of the Kingdom of God has been preached to the ends of the earth.
The Lord told the Disciples that the Mystery of the Kingdom of God was hidden from those on the outside,
and that included us. We have preached the Kingdom of God because we have spread the Bible to the
World, and it contains its Words; but we have not preached it with power, for we its mystery was sealed from
our understanding until now. Today we can receive the Knowledge of Truth, and we can take it to the ends of
the earth. The Kingdom of God is the Spirit of God that is in us. His Words are Spirit and Life. His Words
make up all the things created, and therefore they are the Kingdom of God, for in them is the full measure of
His Spirit and eternal Life. When we have written His Words in our heart we have its power for the Father
does not give it in half measure.
THE TIME LEFT TO PREACH THE KINGDOM OF GOD THAT IS ALREADY WITHIN YOU

The Father gave the command to the Disciples to go feed His people the Words of God and HE sent them out
to the World. We have the Kingdom in us because we have heard His Words, but we did not know the food
that we ate. Now the kingdom can be preached to the ends of the earth awakening the knowledge of the
people. We will harvest the Words of God that others have sown in the people. They will hear the Words
because the Spirit that is with the Words will awaken their interest if their heart desires to hear God. But, we
must understand that there is but a short time to preach the Kingdom, until that time is upon us that no man
       can work.
In John 18:37, the Lord Jesus testified in court that He was a King of a Kingdom called Truth. Jesus said that
He was a King, and that everyone who is of the Truth hears His voice. In John 1:3 we are told that all things
were made through Him. In Colossians 1:14,15, we are taught by Paul that all things were made through Him
and for Him, and that in Him all things consist. In John 14:7 we are told that He is the Way, the Truth, and the
Life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him. The Lord says that He speaks the Words of
God. The Lord says that the Words are Spirit, and they are life. Since Jesus speaks the Words of God, and
He is Life, for the Words of God is Life, and that we receive them by His authority through the Spirit of the
Father who does the Works, then He who has the Words of God in His heart has the Kingdom of God inside
of Him. The Law of the Fathers in Deut. 11:18-21 is that we are to write the Words of God in our heart. From
these facts we can understand the Lord’s instruction that the Kingdom of God is within us, for when we have
received the Knowledge of the Truth, we receive the Knowledge of the Kingdom of God, and thus it is that
when we receive them it is because of the power of God by His Spirit of Truth, the Helper, whom is sent by
God. For the Lord says that the Father does not give the Words of God, or the Spirit of God, in anything less
than their full measure (John 3:34).
We have heard the Words of God preached to us for years, but our ears did not hear them. We have read
the Bible and our eyes did not see them. But, the Words of God are in us for we read them and hear them,
and if we turn to the Lord, then He will pour out His Spirit upon us and make His Words, that are in us, known
to us. Then we will also see them in His Good Works that are witnessed, and testified to, within the
scriptures. That is what the Lord meant when He said that the fields are ready for harvest, for others have
sown the Words of God, and now all we have to do is reap the harvest by opening the knowledge of the
Words to them. That is the mystery of the Kingdom of God that it is already within you, for His Words are
Spirit and they are Life, and by them all things of the Kingdom exist. By His Words all the Good works of God
are available for you to speak and do Good Works so that you can give honor to the Glory of the Promises of
       God.

If we will just call upon Him in true belief of His Promises that are in His Spoken Word, then there is nothing
that is impossible through our using God’s Words. For in John 15:7 the Lord says that if He abides in you,
and His Words abide in you, then you may ask what you desire and it shall be done for you. Also, in
Jeremiah 33:3 the Lord says to call upon Him and He will show you great and mighty things that you do not
       know.
Luke 17:20-21 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God would come, He answered
them and said, “The Kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!'
For indeed, the Kingdom of God is within you.”
Mark 9:1 And He said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that there are some standing here who will not taste death
till they see the Kingdom of God present with power” (The Words of God made known, for they are Spirit, and His
Spirit is only given in its full measure by the Father - John 3:34. The disciples received the power in Acts 2:1-4).
Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel (Good News) of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all
the nations, and then the end will come. (This will now happen).
Luke 22:18 “For I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the Kingdom of God comes.”
Matthew 13:44 “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and
for joy over it goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.”
Matthew 13:45-46 “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who when he had
found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.”
  20. Lastly, a very important part of this parable of the ten virgins is the last verse. The Lord tells us that we are to
Watch, which is to prepare ourselves so that we are not caught naked and blind at the midnight when the
Lord sends out his angels to set apart the worthy from the unworthy. Clearly, the Lord desires us to gain in
knowledge and not be complacent and foolish, or He would not tell us to watch. This is a great clue, and
likely, we have failed to recognize that this last verse is told as a parable. Through this parable the Lord is
telling us a simple fact that we do not know the day or the hour in which the Son of Man is coming, but if we
desire to learn of His way of the Watch, then we will be ready. Consider this phrase and add to it the Lord’s
clarification that we have forgotten the Affliction of Joseph (Amos 6:6). Then consider that David tells us in
two places, Psalm 14:2-3 and Psalm 53:2-3, that we do not understand and that we do not seek to do GOOD.
If you think on this long enough, then pretty soon you will gain understanding that we have failed to
understand the meaning of “hour” and “day”. This begins to turn a light on in our brains when we consider
that in Mark 13:35, the Lord gives us the understanding of this parable of the hour and day, by revealing it to
us within another parable. In this parable He reveals to us the basic knowledge of the day and hour by using
the Jewish clarification of the four night watches that are from Sunset through Sunrise. The Lord is clearly
talking about the Day of the Lord.

The entirety of the End Times, that are explained in the Book of Revelation, and relating to the time that
includes the Seal, Trumpet and Bowl Judgments, are a parable of One Day; and that day is called the Day of
the Lord. Because we have failed to understand the meaning of the Day of the Lord, this entire event of the
Day of the Lord has come upon as a snare, just as the Lord states in this parable of the ten virgins; and also
as He proclaims in Luke 21:34-37. For the Day of the Lord has come upon us all as a snare. We are now in
the evening time, and the Midnight hour is coming. The evening is the time when the Lord desires to come in
and dine with us. He wants to give us of His bread (The knowledge of His Way – the Instructions of His Way
of His Words) the Meat (the Knowledge of 153 Words of God and the Promises they contain); that we may
have oil in our vessels to fuel our lamp in the time of the Night that is coming. Take notice in Luke 21:36 that
the Lord again cautions us to Watch, and that if we do not, then we will not be counted worthy to escape
(Revelation 3:2). That is the same as the 5 virgins, who were not ready at Midnight.
We have to come into the knowledge that we are in the time of the Watches. It is the time to increase in
Knowledge so that we are changed from a hopeful bride waiting for the bridegroom without knowledge of His

Matthew 25:1-13 Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet

way, into a wise bride who will be there for her Bridegroom because she understands His Ways. The Lord
said that the ones who were let into the wedding were READY. That is what we must become, and if we
reject the Knowledge of the Truth then we will not be ready for we will be just like the Lord says in Matthew
25:13, we will not know the hour nor the day. Remember that when the Lord spoke these Words to the
people, His Words had not been known to the people of that day, for He did not reveal them until after the
Resurrection (Luke 24:44-45). Further, it is not until the Spirit of Truth comes to a person, that there is
revelation of the things to come as revealed from the knowledge of His Scriptures (John 16:13). These
people did not know what the Lord meant by the use of the word “hour”, nor what He meant by the word
“day”. There are several meanings given in scripture, but clearly this text is relating to the time of the
unveiling of the Kingdom of Heaven, which is the unsealing of the Words of God, for that is the subject matter
as stated in the opening line of this parable in Matthew 25:1.
THE FOLLOWING IS THE TIME LINE OF THE DAY OF THE LORD THAT HAS BEGUN:
(NOTE: The Time of the End is explained in the Writings: “The Affliction of Joseph”, and the “The End Times”)

There are several places in the Gospels where the Lord Jesus gave us wisdom to understand the timing of a
“Generation”. For the Lord said that this generation shall not pass away until all these things are completed. The Lord
gave us the sign of the Generation to give us guidelines on how to predict the times of the End. He gave this
instruction in Matthew 24:34; Mark 13:30; and Luke 21:32. The Lord clearly states that this generation of the end
times shall not pass away until all these things are fulfilled. Now, please do not take this wrongly, but the Lord has
opened His Words and the understanding of the Bible through me. We know from Daniel 12:4,9,10, that the opening
of His Words and His Bible are the fulfillment of the sign of Jonah, and that is the only sign that the Lord said He
would give to this wicked generation, that they may know that they have entered into the Time of the End. There is
another type of sign, and that is that the Lord said that this Day of the Lord would come upon ALL THOSE on the face
of the WHOLE earth as a snare, and it certainly has accomplished this prophecy. Since the Lord used me to open
the sign, then certainly my age is also a measuring gape, for the Lord said that this generation shall not pass away
until all these things be fulfilled. I was born on October 2, 1949, and I must be of this generation since the Lord used
me to open His Words through me. This clearly defines that all things must be fulfilled before 2029, because by the
law of Moses, who is called the law giver, the age of the generation is 70 years plus 10 years of trouble, for a total of
80 years. This Moses’ law of the generation is found in Psalm 90:10. If we are to understand that the Lord
recognized the laws of Moses when He came nearly 2000 years ago, then those are the laws we follow yet today.

The question to us is not only whether we believe the writings of Moses, the lawgiver, but also rather we will believe
Jesus.
John 5:46-47 “For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for He wrote about Me. But if you do not believe His
writings, how will you believe My Words?”
The Lord taught us that this Generation Shall Not Pass Away Before All These Things Are Completed.
Matthew 24:34,35 “Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things are fulfilled.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will by no means pass away.”
Mark 13:30,31 Assuredly I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven
and Earth will pass away, but My Words will by no means pass away.
Luke 21:32,33 Assuredly I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things are fulfilled. Heaven and
Earth will pass away, but My Words will by no means pass away.
Moses, the lawgiver, taught us the guideline that a generation is 70 years and 80 years with the addition of 10 years
of trouble.
Psalm 90:10-12 The days of our lives are seventy years (70 yrs. for those raptured); and if by reason of strength they are
80 years (To live only by the reason of strength, is to be left behind so that we must live within a way that requires that we
need strength. This means that the last 10 years of the 80, means that the last 10 years of life are a time that requires
strength to live through, and this means it is not going to be an easy time. That is the days of His wrath, which are the
trumpet and bowl judgments), yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Who knows
the power of Your anger? (The Lord’s terrible wrath judgments of the last 10 years = Trumpet and Bowl Judgments) For
as the fear of You, so is Your wrath (What is recorded in the Bible about His wrath, is exactly as it will be). So teach us to
number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
TIME SEQUENCE OF PSALM 90:10 - FROM: MAY 16, 1948 AD UNTIL: 2028 AD EQUALS: 80 YEARS
The Lord said that all things would be fulfilled before that time. Another sign that we have is that the Lord gave us the
sign of the formation of His nation of Israel in 1948 in one day, which is part of the prophecy of Isaiah 66:8; although
that scripture was given and its words mark the event of His return when He will make His nation at once, and make
the earth new in one day. That will occur the day He returns to earth. Also, the Writer would be 80 years of age on
October 2, 2029; and His Words were opened in my generation.

We can place the fact of the accuracy of this prophetic timing because it matches the timing of the Good Samaritan
Parable (The Good Samaritan said that He would return, and He left two denarius, or two days wages, as payment.
We know that a day to the Lord is as a 1000 years, and as it can be determined that Jesus died in 28 AD, and thus
would return by 2029) as it matches up with this sign of the generation, that He has given through the opening of the
Words. Therefore, we can know that the Lord will return by 2028.
Also there is the timing of the three series of Judgments, as the Bible reveals to us (Seals, Trumpets, and Bowl
Judgments). (Note: The Trumpet and Bowl Judgments are reviewed in the Writing called “The End Times”). They
also concur with the schedule the Lord has given us through the Generation timing number that was taught to us by
Moses. The Rapture will occur by 2018 because Moses said that is the time of life without labor and sorrow.
Remember that Proverbs 1:33 promises that in the 7 years of darkness, that those who have the oil and wine of the
Lord (Those who are like the 5 wise virgins), will rest easy and He will give them provision by answering all that they
ask that is within His will and by His way of the Good that is promised within the Words of God.

THE INVITATION TO THE BRIDE (THE TEN VIRGINS)
The parable of the ten Virgins is an important prophetic parable that reveals what will happen to all believers in Christ
during the evni9ng and night of the Day of the Lord. This parable is urgently important for us to come to understand,
for we have entered into the times of the Day of the Lord. The virgins are of course the believers of the Lord Jesus
Christ. The parable identifies that these Virgins are those believers who know the scriptures. For all 10 virgins know
that the Lord Jesus Christ is the bridegroom who has promised to come back for them. The bride is not the physical
church. The bride is each individual believer in Christ.
Each Virgin has a lamp. The lamp of each of the Virgins represents their faith. Remember that Paul teaches us that
faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Understanding of the Word of God is made known by the Spirit, as is taught
to us in Proverbs 1:23. David teaches us in Psalm 119:130, that as the Words of God enter into us, we receive Light
and we also receive understanding. We also can take note that the purpose of the physical church is to teach us the
Words of God and Understanding of the Good Works and Promises of the Father. In the book of Revelation,
chapters 1-3, the Lord refers to the Lampstands of the churches. The people of the church are to receive the light for
their lamps from the churches lampstand through the receiving of knowledge of His Word, as they are to be taught by
the teachers of the church. The preachers, or priests, must be wise so that they give oil to their congregation for the
lighting of their lamps.
When the knowledge is made known that the bridegroom is soon coming, the five wise virgins take oil into their
vessels along with their Lamp. The oil is the Understanding of the Word of God. We can understand this because
David taught us that the entrance of His words gives Light (Psalm 119:130). The oil in this parable represents that
source that fuels the Lamp so that it may put forth a Light. David taught us that this source of fueling the Light is the
entrance of the Words of God (Psalm 119:130).
We need to take careful notice that there is an event that happens, that causes the virgins to go forth to meet the
bridegroom. The knowledge that the bridegroom is coming and to go forth to meet Him, must be made known. There
has to be a wedding invitation. As it was for the Jews at the time of Jesus, the same wedding invitation has now been
made to all the Gentiles. That wedding invitation is the receiving of the Knowledge of the Truth (Hebrews 10:25-26).
The Truth is the Words of God, and Jesus came nearly 2000 years ago to bring forth the Words of God, which are the
Kingdom of Heaven, to the Jews, as is made clear in John 3:27-33, by the witness of John the Baptist. John testified
that the Father into the world sent Jesus, to come to us and speak the Words of God. These Words are supernatural
for John says that they are both spirit and Life. John refers to these Words as that which is spoken in heaven (Being
the language of heaven). During the Lord’s time on earth He spoke and did the Words of His Father, and through
them He preached the knowledge and the way of the Good News of His Father, but the Jews did not receive it (John
3:32, John 8:38). Only the disciples heard His call and followed Him. After His resurrection the Lord came back to
those disciples who had heard Him and who had followed Him. To them He opened His Words, and He unsealed for
them the understanding of Himself from the scriptures (As is recorded in Luke 24:44,45, and in John chapters 20, 21).
The receiving of His Words (the Knowledge of Truth) is the wedding invitation. It was given to the Jews at the time of
Jesus, and they did not receive it. Now, as was foretold in Daniel 12:4,9,10, Acts 28:28, and in Hebrews 10:25,26, it
is now given to all the Gentiles. This is also the sign of the prophet Jonah. For the Spirit of Truth can only come
when the knowledge of Truth has been made known. In John 16:13 the Lord tells us that when the Spirit of Truth has
come, then He will guide us into all Truth (Which is impossible if the Knowledge of Truth has not been received), and
also, the Spirit of Truth would reveal to us things that are to come. This is as like Jonah, for he had taken the Words
of God and spoke them to the Ninevites, and he opened for them the understanding of the things that were to come
upon them. The Lord has warned us that this sign of Jonah will be the only sign that we will receive to let us know that
the Time of the End has come.
In the Bible Study, “The Mystery of the Evening Light”, I have explained that the Day of the Lord begins in the Evening
Time; and that it begins with the Lord coming in Spirit by opening His Words and Understanding of His Ways. For the
Day of the Lord is a Jewish day, and it begins with the sun going down and the beginning of the evening. As I have
explained in that Writing, we have now entered into the time of the 1st and 2nd Seal Judgments and they will last 7
years. We have already lost 2 years of that time. Now we are at the Supper time of the Day of the Lord. It is the time
when the Great Supper is being served. He is calling out to you to come and eat.
Zechariah 14:6-7 6It shall come to pass in that day that there will be no Light; the lights will diminish. 7It shall be one day
which is known to the Lord – Neither day nor night. But at Evening Time it shall happen that it will be Light.
We can understand from the Lord’s prophecy of Zechariah 14:6-7 that in the Evening Time there will be Light. We
can also understand that this means that in the Evening Time the Words of God that were closed up in Daniel 12:4

will be opened, for the Lord says through King David in Psalm 119:130, that it is by the entrance of His Words that we
receive Light. Thus, we know that we are in the time that is the fulfillment of Daniel 12:4, 9-10; because we are told
by the Lord in Daniel 12:4, 9-10 that at the Time of the End His Words will be opened. Take notice that these verses
also tell us that when the Words of God are opened that people will go to and fro and knowledge shall increase. If
you are going to go to a Great Supper of the Kingdom of the Lord, then should you not have the desire to go
wherever necessary to search out knowledge of the Lord and of His Kingdom, just as if you were going to a Great
Supper being offered by a Queen?
Psalm 119:130 The Entrance of Your Words Give Light; It gives Understanding to the Simple.
Daniel 12:4 “But you, Daniel, SHUT UP THE WORDS, and SEAL the BOOK until the TIME of the END; many shall run to
and fro, AND knowledge shall be increased.” (We now have to become zealous to seek teachers of His Words and go to
and fro, wherever they are, so that we are able to increase in knowledge of His Spirit and Truth).
                        9
Daniel 12:9,10 And He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the Words are closed up and sealed till the Time of the End.

Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall
understand, but the wise SHALL understand. (Take notice that this verse tells that a great revival shall come at the Time
of the End – that is in the Day of the Lord, for MANY SHALL BE purified and made white when the Words are opened).
John 8:12 “I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in Darkness, but have the Light of Life.”
1 John 1:5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is Light and in Him is no
      Darkness at all.
In Revelation 3:16-22, in the letter to the lukewarm church of these last days, we are told that the Lord is standing
outside the door, calling out, and is desiring that His people open the door so that He can dine with them, and they
with Him. In verse 20 we are told that the Lord has come speaking His voice, asking to be let in so that He can ask
them to come and dine with Him at the Great Supper. We are told in Deuteronomy 18:18 and in John 3:34 that the
Words that Jesus speaks are the Words of God. We are also told that man does not live by bread alone, but by every
Word of God. Thus, we can understand that Jesus has come to feed us the Words of God that His Father has now
opened to us. For His Words are as meat to man. In Revelation chapter 5 the Lord was given the Scroll from the
Father. That was the timing that Jesus spoke of when He said that no man knows the time nor the hour, but only the
Father who is in heaven. The fact that Jesus has now opened His Words and has invited us to feast on them, has
revealed that we have now entered into the Day of the Lord. For the Scroll is the Word of God and He has Jesus the
authority to open them to us, and His Words have now in fact been opened to us by the Lord. The Words of God are
the meat that gives Life unto man. Jesus is now standing at your door inviting you to come to the Great Supper and
to eat of His Father’s Words and to receive the bread of His instruction, and to freely drink of the living Waters of Life.
The truth is that all of us have been invited to the Great Supper of our King, who is the King of Kings, and it has
already been prepared for us. The King is waiting to dine with you right now, for all things have been made ready. If
you do not believe me, then please consider the Lord’s invitiation of Luke 14:15-24.
Luke 14:15-24 15Now when one of those who sat at the table with Him heard these things, he said to Him, "Blessed is he
who shall eat bread (Partake of Instruction from the Lord) in the kingdom of God!" (The Kingdom of God is His Words that
are within us). 16Then He said to him, "A certain man (The Father) gave a great supper and invited many, 17and He sent
                                                                                                                    18
his servant (Jesus) at supper time to say to those who were invited, 'Come, for all things are now ready.' But they all
with one accord began to make excuses. The first said to him, 'I have bought a piece of ground, and I must go and see it.
                                          19
I ask you to have me excused.' And another said, 'I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to test them. I ask
                                   20
you to have me excused.' Still another said, 'I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.' 21So that servant
came and reported these things to his master. Then the master of the house, being angry, said to his servant, 'Go out
quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in here the poor and the maimed and the lame and the blind.'
      22
And the servant said, 'Master, it is done as you commanded, and still there is room.' 23Then the master said to the
servant, 'Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. 24For I say to
you that none of those men who were invited shall taste my supper.'"
Probably we have read this parable and thought that it applied to a future time, the time of the Wedding Feast that we
will have in heaven after we are raptured, after the bridgegroom has come for His wise virgins that He shall marry.
That is incorrect. This Great Supper is the one that is being served in the Evening of the Day of the Lord. It is the last
supper on the earth for His brides to be. It is the last supper they will eat before the Night as they wait expectantly for
the bridegroom to come for them. The Time of the that Great Supper is right now. In fact, you are already missing
out on the Great Supper, for the Kingdom has been opened and the Great Supper is already being served to the
guests who have decided to hear the message of the Servant (Jesus) calling out the invitation, and who have chosen
to take the invitation into their hands and have read it carefully. They have found that there is Good News of Great
Joy, and they have gone to the Kingdom to partake of the Great Supper.
The Great Supper is the feast that the Lord has prepared for His people in the Time of the Evening of the Day of the
Lord. It is the call of the Lord that it is time to go to and fro and to increase in knowledge. It is this sign of the Lord
that the knowledge of the Kingdom of Heaven is opened to all who will receive it so that they are able to fill their
vessel with oil before the coming time of the Night, and before the cry at the Midnight Hour.

It is this sign of the opening of His knowledge that the 10 virgins received. For the parable is about the Kingdom of
Heaven. It is that Spirit of Truth that lets them to know that the bridegroom will soon be coming. In John 16:13, the
Lord tells us that when the Spirit of Truth has come, He will reveal to us things that are to come. Thus, a sign that we
have entered the Time of the End will be the accurate revelation of the End Time events to come. In Luke 21:34-36,
the Lord warned us that the beginning of these events of the last days would come upon everybody on the face of the
whole earth as a snare.
This has now happened just as He warned us, and His prophecy has now been fulfilled. For the Lord has now come
forth with the Father in the form of the Spirit of Truth; and, we did not expect Him in this manner.
The Day of the Lord has begun, and we were not aware that it came upon us; nor were we able to accurately interpret
the events of the book of Revelation and the words of the prophets. That would have let us know this day would come
as it has. We failed to understand this because the Bible and His Words were sealed from our understanding (Daniel
12:4). They were not to be opened until this time of the End. In Revelation 1:3 the apostle John reveals that blessed
is he who reads and who hears the “Word” of this book of Prophecy (The Bible). It requires the understanding of His
Words to accurately interpret the last days. That can only be given by work of the Spirit of Truth who makes His
Words known to us (Proverbs 1:23).
With the unsealing of the knowledge of Truth, His Kingdom has truly come to earth, and we must now worship God in
Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23-24). For the knowledge of Truth has been sent to all of mankind, and the Lord says that
it shall be received. In Hebrews 10:25,26, Paul also tells us that it also means that there no longer remains a sacrifice
for willful sin. The Lord has come with His Sword of Truth to set apart the true worshippers from the complacent
worshippers (John 4:22-24, Revelation 6:3-4).
The parable of the 10 virgins is all about the believers who desire to be set apart to be brides to the bridegroom.
These brides go forth to meet the bridegroom because they love Him and desire to hear His voice. The Lord gives us
the parable of the King who sends out the Wedding Invitations to the wedding of His Son. It is important to consider
this parable in relation to the parable of the ten virgins, because both of them have to do with the marriage of the
bride of Christ to the Lamb of God. The timings must be agreeable and they must relate to each other.
The 10 Virgins heard the wedding invitation. The wedding invitation is the unsealing of the knowledge of Truth. It is
the calling that caused the virgins to go forth and meet the Lord. This is the time of the Great White Harvest, and all
the virgins are being called forth. It is the time that the virgins will hear the call of the Spirit of Truth. However only
50% of the virgins were truly ready and received the Words that He spoke to them. They put oil in their vessels. The
foolish virgins heard the call, but they did not receive the Words the Spirit was revealing to them, and they put no oil in
their vessels.
The Kingdom of Heaven, which is found by receiving His Words, is at hand. Now the knowledge of His glory will be
made known until it fills all the earth (Numbers 14:21, Habakkuk 2:14). Every man shall know that He is Lord and that
He is going to bring His wrath forth to punish all those who did not receive His reproach, and they refused to see and
hear the God News of the Wedding Invitation that He offered to them. This is evidenced by the words of the 6th Seal
Judgment (Revelation 6:15-16). In those verses it is made clear that by the time of the 6th Seal Judgment, the
knowledge of the glory of the Lord will have increased so greatly, that all men on earth shall tremble in fear of the
wrath judgments that are going to be coming upon them during the Trumpet and Bowl Judgments that are to follow
these Seal Judgments.
THE SEPARATION OF THE BRIDES (THE 5 WISE AND THE 5 FOOLISH VIRGINS)
Five of the ten Virgins receive the Words of God into their hearts, and they were made wise. This is as is foretold in
Daniel 12:9,10, that when His Words are again opened, that many shall be purified and made wise. These are the 5
wise virgins who take oil in their vessels with their lamps. This oil is the understanding of the Words of God that are
made known to the 5 wise virgins by the Spirit (Zechariah 4:1-14; Psalm 119:130, and Proverbs 1:23). The 5 wise
virgins write the Words of God on their hearts, and they receive the understanding of the Lord in them by the Spirit of
Truth. Therefore, they have received in themselves the irrevocable promise of God, by the Spirit, that He will
resurrect them at His coming (Ephesians 1:13)
The 5 foolish virgins go forth because they also feel the tug of the Spirit of Truth working on their hearts. However,
these 5 are complacent and believe that they are rich in knowledge and they are fully blessed of the Lord. They reject
to receive the knowledge of the Truth into their hearts. Thus, these 5 foolish virgins do not take oil in their vessels, for
they rejected to receive the Knowledge of the Truth. The Lord tells us in Proverbs 1:20-33, that those who do not turn
at His reproof, and who reject to receive His Words and the knowledge of His Good works that they unlock, then in
the days of trouble that are to come, the Lord will not hear their cries. The Lord tells us in Proverbs 1:32 that He will
give the foolish the fruit of their ways, and that they will be destroyed. But, He says that the wise will be kept safe and
secure in the days of trouble that will come during the 3rd and 4th Seal Judgments.
Please take notice that in Acts 28, the Jews who heard the Knowledge of Truth from Paul were about evenly split
between those who believed, and those who did not believe. Consider that it was for that reason the Lord closed His
invitation to the Jews to receive the Good News of the Kingdom of Heaven. It would not be opened again until these

last days. Paul says that because the Jews rejected the knowledge of the Truth, it was taken from them and sent to
the Gentiles (Acts 28:28). In Romans 11:25 it is made known that it will not be until the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled
that the Jews will again receive the Lord. This has now happened for His words have been opened to the Gentiles
and our time is now fulfilled and His Words are opened to the Gentiles. His Words came to the Gentiles by the Jews,
and now many Jews will also receive His Words with the Gentiles.
KNOWING THAT THERE IS A TIME TO REST AND A TIME TO DO GOOD
The entire parable of the 10 virgins, takes place within the Day of the Lord, specifically it occurs from the evening,
through the midnight, then through the Night, and until the morning of the Day of the Lord. The Jewish Day begins in
the evening and ends in the afternoon. The receiving of the Knowledge of Truth occurs in the evening time. There is
a delay from when the Knowledge of Truth is received, and the time of midnight when the Father sends forth His
Angels to judge the virgins, to separate the worthy from the unworthy. This time of the delay is the time of
preparation. The Lord warns all the virgins to watch so that they are prepared, so that they will be ready when the
Angels come forth to set apart the wise at Midnight. The Lord has repeatedly warned us that He will come forth as a
thief in the Night, and therefore those who are wise will be ready before the midnight hour.
Prior to the midnight call, all the virgins slumber and sleep. The Lord also says that the bridegroom is delayed. The
bridegroom is delayed because as the Spirit of Truth He is working to bring in every last lamb that belongs to His
flock. The virgins sleep because this is symbolic of the Lord strengthening us by increasing our knowledge. When
Paul was taken up into Paradise, he witnessed that all those who are at rest in Paradise are receiving knowledge.
For when he was there Paul heard and learned the Words of God that were sealed from those of the world. It was in
their time of rest, that by receiving knowledge of His Words, these who are at rest in Paradise are being strengthened.
Thus, while the 5 wise virgins who have His Words are at rest in the way of heaven. They are gaining in wisdom and
growing in faith.
However, the 5 foolish virgins are just wasting their time, for instead of increasing in knowledge, they are complacent
to just rest in the way of the earth. They did not rest in the ways of those in the kingdom of heaven, or they would
have oil in their lamps when the midnight call is heard that the bridegroom is coming.
The 5 wise virgins heard the Lord’s warning and they received it. This is as likened to the men of Nineveh when they
heard Jonah’s warning. They are preparing themselves with knowledge so that they will have enough oil to make it
through the time of the Night that is coming. For the Lord says that in the time of the Night, no man can work.
Therefore, the only way that a person can make it through the time of the Night safely and securely is to have the
Words of God written upon their hearts. For the Lord says in John 15:7 that if He abides in our hearts and HIS
WORDS abide in our heart, then we can ask what we desire and it will be done for us. Jesus says it is the Father
who does the works. Therefore, in the time of the Night, since man cannot do the work, there only leaves the Father
to do the works. Further, the only way to enable the works of the Father is to have His words written upon our hearts.
Thus, it is only the 5 wise virgins who are prepared to wait out the 7 years of the time of the Night. For in the time of
the Night they will make sacrifices of Praise to the Lord through speaking and doing the Words of God. The Father
will do what they ask for it gives Him great honor (Psalm 50:14-15). But in the time of the Night, the Lord will not hear
the words of the wicked and those who rejected knowledge (Proverbs 1:20-33; Psalm 50:16-21). The 5 wise virgins
realize that in the evening is the time to open the doors of their hearts and let the Lord come in to dine with them, so
that they should be filled before the Night.
The time of the Night will begin after the Midnight call comes. At midnight a cry goes out that makes known that the
Lord, the bridegroom, is surely going to be coming. This is the occurrence of an event that causes a cry to go out. In
the parable, the Lord tells us that there is an event that causes this cry. For something occurs that creates a definite
knowledge that the Lord is coming soon. This cry is the removal of the Holy Spirit from all of those believers who had
rejected to receive His words when the Lord opens them. It is the coming of the 3rd Seal Judgment – the Famine of
the Word. In Psalm 50:4,5 the Lord says that He will call out from above and His angels will go forth and set apart
(seal up) those who have made a sacrifice by covenant with Him. These are those who had received His Words, and
had written them upon their hearts. They are the wise, and they will be sealed up with the promise of God for safety,
provision, (Thus, to escape the troubles that are to come) and also for being taken up in the Rapture. They will be
kept safe and secure because His Word has swept them clean (John 15:3) and they have the irrevocable promise of
the resurrection that comes within the Word Grace, that the 5 wise virgins have written upon their hearts (Ephesians
1:13).
At this midnight hour a terrible thing happens. All the virgins awake and check the wicks of their lamps. The 5 wise
virgins find that they still have the Light of His Spirit in them; but, the 5 foolish virgins find that the Lord has sent forth
His angels and they have removed all of the Spirit from them. The cry goes out as the terrible foulness of wickedness
overwhelms their minds and their hearts. Those who believed they were rich in knowledge suddenly find themselves
filled with demon spirits and horrible darkness covers them. It is their cry that goes out and makes known that the
Lord has truly come as a thief in the night and has fulfilled His prophecy. The 5 foolish virgins were unprepared, and
the Lord has put out the Light of their lamp.

Understanding the Parable of the Ten Virgins; A Bible Teaching With Floyd E. Taylor

The 5 wise virgins will not share their oil with the 5 foolish virgins because they will not go against the will of the Lord.
The Lord says that if we do not hear His Words, then at the Midnight hour He will no longer hear us. Thus, it is not
possible to receive of the Lord in the Time of the Night. His Words will remain sealed until after the Rapture of the
worthy has occurred. At that time it is too late for the foolish virgins. Then their only way to escape the punishment of
being sent to the prisons of God is by hope in His Words, and by martyrdom. If they can make it through until His
coming by hiding in the mountains, then they have a chance. If not they will have to select martyrdom. It will be next
to impossible to be kept safe in the mountains, for the angels of Satan will be cast down to earth, and they have
powers and knowledge to find those who hide. They must select to be martyrs for the purpose of the Lord.
We are now in the time of the seal judgments. This is the time of the Affliction of Joseph as is foretold in Amos 6:1-6,
and as is explained in Zephaniah chapters 1 and 2. The first 7 years are the time of the preparation that is the 1st and
2nd Seal Judgments. This is to be followed by the 7 years of troubles that are the 3rd and 4th seal Judgments. During
the 7 years of preparation His people are to seek to increase in knowledge. The Lord has sent forth His bow that is
the Words of God (Zechariah 10:4); and He has sent His crown (The promises of God that we find in His Words when
we gain understanding). He has also sent forth His Sword of Truth that reveals all Truth and separates the wise and
the foolish. Soon the Lord will send a Famine of the Word upon the earth (Amos 8:11-14). This is the removal of the
Holy Spirit that will occur at the midnight hour.
The time of midnight is the time of Judgment for the believers who are living on earth. The Lord says that if you do
not hear His Words then you are not of God (John 8:47). He also said that if you love Him, then you would hear His
Words (John 14:23-24). Also, the Lord says that if we do not hear Him, then we will not be found worthy of Him, for
we will have not taken up our cross to follow Him, and they did not watch. The Lord says in Revelation 3:2-4 that if
we do not watch, that we are then not worthy of Him. If the virgins (Believers) are not found worthy, then at the
midnight hour, the Lord will order His angels to remove from them what portion of the Holy Spirit and knowledge of
His Words that the foolish virgins do have, and to add it unto the portion that the wise virgins have. The Lord will no
longer shelter the foolish from the attacks of Satan and his forces of darkness. When the Holy Spirit departs from
these unwise Satan will fiercely attack them. That is why the cry goes out at midnight. For the peace of the Spirit, the
Restrainer, will be removed, and now these foolish virgins will feel only evil within them. They will cry out because the
evil has filled them with wicked and evil thoughts, until they know that they no longer have the Spirit of God within
them.
There is an important understanding that we should have. The Lord has made a promise that the ones who hear Him
and who have kept His command to receive His Words, then we will be kept from the time when He tests man. This
promise is made in Revelation 3:10. This scripture is translated incorrectly in many Bibles. The correct translation of
the Greek wording that the Lord uses is as the following:
Revelation 3:10 “Because you have kept the Word of My patience, (This is the patience of the Lord when He
proclaimed in Numbers 14:21 that He would heed Moses, and that He would be patient, but that before the Time of the
End has finished, that He will raise up a people who will Hear His Words, and will seek His Way, and they shall desire to
seek His Glory – that is the Word of His Patience) I will also keep you out of the hour of trial which is going to come on all
the habitable world in order to try (This is literally a punishment) those dwelling on the earth.” (It is only those who seek
His Words to know His Glory that He will keep from the troubles that are coming – per Proverbs 1:20-33).
The Lord has obviously addressed this verse to believers, as it is a command that was issued in His letter to the
church of Philadelphia. Thus this verse is referring to an event that is going to take place prior to the Rapture of the
believers. Therefore, we can see how this trial that the Lord is speaking of is referring to the time when He sends
forth His angels to seal up the worthy and to set them apart from the unworthy. As we see in Proverbs 1:24-32, the
Lord is going to severely punish the hearts of those who have ignored His command to increase in knowledge. We
see this in the 5 unwise virgins. They suffered the emotional rejection when they awoke at midnight to find out when
they checked the wick of their lamp, that their Light had been put out, and they had zero oil. For what little oil they
had, was taken from them by the Lord who came as a thief in the Night. In that time of Night these 5 unwise virgins
are going to go to and fro searching for knowledge; but they also must do so during the time that is called the “Time of
Troubles”. This is not the Day of the Wrath of the Lord. The Wrath of God is not poured out until the Trumpet and
Bowl Judgments. This is the time when the Lord will send troubles to test the souls of man. The Time of Trouble is
the time when the Lord will destroy all other gods of the earth. Remember that the antichrist is going to bring a god
upon the earth that no one has known before, for He will make himself as a god, and he will be a “god of fortresses”
(Daniel 11:36-38). Also, reconsider Revelation 6:15,16, and you will see that all those on the face of the whole earth
will recognize that the Lord of Israel is the Almighty God. Even though they recognize this at that time of the 6th Seal
Judgment, it does not mean that they will turn to the Lord. They will only change their approaches and try to find a
god that will adapt more to their earthly ways, as is indicated by their support of the antichrist when he arrives on the
scene in the middle of the Trumpet judgments (The antichrist rises to notoriety in the last 3.5 years of the Trumpet
Judgments, and he reigns on earth during the entire 3.5 years of the Bowl Judgments. This is the 7 years that are
described in Daniel).

Understanding the Parable of the Ten Virgins; A Bible Teaching With Floyd E. Taylor

Now please take notice of the verses that follow this command by the Lord in Revelation 3:10. The Lord tells us that
this event of Revelation 3:10, in that those who are found worthy are kept from the trial that He will bring upon the
earth, is followed by a command in Revelation 3:11 that they are to be diligent to keep their crown. You can see that
the Spirit of the Lord brings the crown to the earth during the time of the 1st Seal Judgment (Revelation 6:1-2). We
have also seen that the trial is the sealing of the worthy that occurs at the midnight hour. Now we are being told that
those who were found as worthy, and who are sealed up to be kept safe and secure, must be diligent to keep their
crown during the time of the trials that the Lord is sending upon the earth.
In the book that is called (improperly called) the Letter to the Ephesians, the apostle Paul warns us that we must be
diligent to put on the whole armor of God. This is going to be the most important action of the 5 wise virgins during
the time that they are sealed up and waiting for the Lord to call them up into the clouds to come to the Wedding. The
time of the Night is going to be easy for those who are sealed up, as long as they are diligent to daily put on the armor
of God. If they do not, then the temptations of the ways of the world are going to be too much for them. Consider this
fact: If you are in a time when all those who are going to be unsealed are going to face economic collapse and
terrible struggles, and yet, during these times those who were sealed up by the Lord are kept safe and secure,
meaning that they have the provision that they need. Can you see the temptations on the worthy? Do you think that
beautiful women who are suddenly without economic provision, are not going to come and utilize all their wares to
attempt to gain of that what the sealed up have? Do you think that the handsome men will not do the same to
approach the women who are sealed up to gain of their provisions? The fact is that the worthy who are sealed up are
going to have provision when the majority of those in the rest of the world will not. The key is, will the worthy desire to
take advantage of the economic collapse and buy the luxurious things of this world; or, will they be obedient to God
and utilize this wealth to provide for true needs of the poor and those facing religious persecution in nations where the
wicked are ruling? These are poorly detailed examples, but I think that you can get the picture. The time of the Night
will be a time when the Lord’s worthy must be obedient to do His will, and not to utilize what the Lord has given them
to splurge into accumulating the luxuries of this world, or they will become no different than those who were not
sealed up. The Lord says that if our heart even desires to turn back towards what He has told us to depart from, then
He will punish us like He did Lot’s wife. That is the quiet warning of the Lord to those who desire to be sealed – DO
NOT TURN BACK TO THE WAYS OF THE CITY OF BABYLON. The Lord has called us of this day to come out from
following the way of the City of Babylon (Revelation 18:4). For that is the way of those who seek the luxuries of this
world and who are not storing up for themselves treasures in the Kingdom of Heaven.
Lot’s wife was set apart by the angels sent by the Lord. However, she disobeyed the command of the Lord and she
still desired the things of Sodom. Her joy was not that the Lord had saved them. She turned back and was
immediately destroyed, being turned into a pillar of salt. The Lord says that whoever puts His hand to the plow, and
then turns back, is not worthy of heaven. The Lord has given us the same warning that he gave to Lot’s wife. The
Lord is warning us that there will again be those who will be turned into a pillar of salt during the time of the Night.
Therefore, we should not take his warning lightly.
MAN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK
The 5 wise virgins will not share their oil with the 5 foolish virgins because they will not go against the will of the Lord.
Then their only way to escape the punishment of
being sent to the prisons of God, is by hope in His Words, and by martyrdom.
John 9:4-5 “I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is the day; for the night is coming when no man can work.
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
This verse in John 9:4-5 is very important for it reveals that there is a time coming when it truly will be as in the days
of Noah. For the Lord had warned Noah, and he was obedient to the Lord’s warning, and He prepared his ark for the
troubles that were to come. The Lord has told us to prepare ourselves by receiving His Words and writing them on
our hearts. Then it will be that His voice will cover us as a tent and shield us from all the troubles that are to come.
For before we are taken up off of the earth, it is going to be as it was for Noah and his family who had obeyed his
teachings. There came a day when the Lord called them into the ark, and then the Lord sent all of the animals with
them. The Lord then sealed up the ark so that no one on the outside could harm them; but neither could Noah and
his family provides assistance to them. Only the Father could work. For as it says in Genesis 7:10, that for seven
days Noah, his family, and the animals, were sealed up inside the ark while the rains fell violently upon the earth. The
people who were outside the ark had never seen rain fall from heaven. They had never experienced winds and the
violence of the tornados that accompany the coming of a great storm, like a massive typhoon or hurricane. For seven
days the Lord punished those on the outside of the ark with great troubles. But those who were on the inside of the
ark were kept safe and secure. Then after the 7th day, the Lord sent the flood waters of the fountains of the great

Matthew 25:1-13 Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet

Abyss upon the earth, and He killed all those who had refused to come into His ark to be kept safe and secure. But
those who were in the ark, who had prepared their vessels, were lifted up off the earth and then bought back onto an
earth whose surface was made new and formed differently. As it says in Proverbs 1:32, the pride of the foolish and
the simple will slay them, for they are going to receive the fruit of their reward as did the people of Noah’s day. If we
do not heed the Lord’s call to write His Words upon our heart then we will not have His Voice, the Tent of David
(Psalm 26:4-6; Amos 9:11-12), to keep us safe and secure in the days of troubles that are soon to come.
Psalm 26:4-6 4One thing I have desired of the Lord, that will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days
                                                                                      5
of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His
cover (pavilion); in the secret place of His tent (The invisible cover of His voice that surrounds us and is likened to a tent)
He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock (The voice of the Lord). 6And now my head shall be lifted up above
my enemies all around me; therefore I offer sacrifices of joy (To do His Words that give Him honor) in His tent (In the
presence of the cover of His voice); I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.
Amos 9:11-12 11”On that Day (The Day of the Lord that we are now in) I will raise up the Tent of David, which has fallen
down, and repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old; 12that they possess the remnant
of Edom, and all the gentiles who are called by My name,” says the Lord who does this thing.
KNOWING THE DAY AND THE HOUR
The Lord gave to us an interesting parable at the close of this parable. The Lord says to watch, for we do not know
the day or the hour in which the Son of Man is coming. This mentioning of the day and hour is itself a parable that
has several meanings. Everyone knows that in other scriptures, the Lord gives us understanding that only the Father
knows the day and the hour. However, the Lord also says that the Father comes to us in the Spirit of Truth and will
abide with us. Then in John 16:13, the Lord says that when the Spirit of Truth has come, He will guide us into all
Truth; and, further, that the Spirit of Truth will tell us of things to come. Therefore, as the Day of the Lord approached,
and the Knowledge of Truth was received, we were then able to go to the Father and be brought into the
understanding of the meaning of the Day and the Hour. In fact, the accurate interpretation of the timing of the things
to come is the sign of the receiving of the Knowledge of Truth. In a physical sense, the Lord has also fulfilled this
statement in earthly terms, for we did not know when this Day of the Lord would come until the Father authorized the
Knowledge of Truth to be unsealed and brought forth. This could only be accomplished by the work of the Spirit of
Truth that is in His Word that is called “Truth” (John 3:34). Therefore, it has happened that we did not know the day
or the hour of when this would occur.

The Lord is telling us that we did not have knowledge of the Truth. For, by His words of Daniel 12:4, His Words, that
are the key to unlock understanding according to David’s instruction of Psalm 119:130, were sealed until the Time of
the End. Therefore we could not understand the parable of the timing of His return until these Words were unlocked.
This has in fact happened exactly as He said, for the Time of the End has come upon all those on the face of the
whole earth as a snare. That is exactly as He prophesied in Luke 21:35. The Lord is not saying that we cannot know,
He is only saying that we do not know.
Therefore we should watch, or meditate, upon His Words, so that the Spirit of Truth can make this day and hour
known to us. The fact is, that the Lord never blocked us from obtaining this knowledge previously. We blocked
ourselves for we never heard His Words and we did not diligently seek to understand His Good Works (Psalm 14:2,3;
53:2,3; and Romans 3:9-18).
NOW IS THE LAST OPPORTUNITY - THE LAST TIME TO WATCH
The time of Watching is a time to prepare your soul. It is when we are to go to and fro, wherever necessary, to hear
the Words of God and to increase in knowledge. We are to increase in the knowledge of the Truth. We are to do this
so that these end time events does not come upon us as a further snare. A watchman studies carefully the ways of
the works of the one who is supposed to come upon them. We have not watched, for we have not meditated upon
His Words so that we would receive understanding of what is the Truth, the hidden mystery, of His Good News that

the Lord came to give us. This is the lesson of the parable of the ten virgins – We are to prepare ourselves now by
going to and fro to increase in knowledge.
The Lord promises us that if we are found watching when He returns then we will be greatly blessed. He has
returned as the Spirit of Truth, and those who believe Him and do receive His Words that He is speaking, shall be
highly blessed. Jesus wants to come in and feed us the meat of His Words and to sit down with us and we can dine
with Him so that He can instruct us on the way of the unbreakable promises that are in God’s Words.
Luke 12:37 BLESSED ARE THOSE SERVANTS, WHOM THE MASTER, WHEN HE COMES WILL FIND WATCHING.
Assuredly, I say to you that He will gird Himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. (Those
who are watchmen shall be blessed by receiving the Words of God and Understanding and power).
Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone “HEARS” My voice (He speaks the Words of
God that are all Truth) AND opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. (This is the
continuous revelations of knowledge He gives to us as meat of His Word and the bread of Instruction).
The Lord has given us several warnings of what it will take to be found worthy to be sealed by the Spirit of the Lord so
that we will be safe in the time of the troubles of the Seal Judgments, and to be taken away in the Rapture so that we
escape the Trumpet and Bowl Judgments. If we are not found worthy, we will not escape these troubles that will soon
come upon the earth. We will be cut off from the Lord. The Lord says that He will not hear the cries of the people who
were not worthy when their troubles come upon them as a whirlwind (Proverbs 1:23-33). In the following chart are the
requirements for being counted among the worthy to escape the troubles that are coming after the Midnight Hour:

Now that we have a more detailed background of the events that the Lord refers to within this parable of the 10
Virgins, we are ready to review its meaning. Let us quickly look at the parable again from the scriptures, and to
review it in a summation, verse by verse.
THE PARABLE OF THE TEN VIRGINS, AS RECORDED IN MATTHEW 25:1-13
Matthew 25:1-13 1Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to
                          2 3
meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps, and took
                     4 5
no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and
slept. 6And at midnight there was a cry made, “Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go you out to meet him”. 7Then all those
                                           8
virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, “Give us of your oil; for our lamps have gone out.”
  9
But the wise answered, saying, “Lest there be not enough for us and for you: but rather you go to them that sell, and buy for
                 10
yourselves.” And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage:
and the door was shut. 11Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, “Lord, Lord, open to us.” 12But He answered and said,
                                           13
“Verily I say unto you, I know you not.” Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man
  comes.

VERSE-BY-VERSE EXPLANATION OF THE PARABLE OF THE TEN VIRGINS:
                                                VERSE - MATTHEW 25:1
The Parable of the Ten Virgins is an End Times prophesy. All ten of the virgins are of course Christians, for they all
desired to be Brides prepared for the Groom. A key item to notice is that the parable begins with the
acknowledgment that this is a parable about the Kingdom of Heaven. The Lord says that the Kingdom of Heaven is
“likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom”. This parable is about the
considering of the Kingdom of Heaven as it is with ten virgins who took out their lamps to meet the bridegroom.
In Luke 17:20,21 Jesus said that the Kingdom of God, that is the Kingdom of Heaven, is not found by observation.
For the Kingdom of Heaven is the Words of God and it is inclusive of the understanding of the Scriptures; and, it is
this that the Lord desires each of us to write upon our hearts (1 Timothy 2:4).
Luke 17:20-21 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God would come, He answered them
and said, “The Kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed,
the Kingdom of God is within you.”
Thus, the Kingdom of Heaven is found within you. The Kingdom of Heaven is in our hearts, but we have not heard
His Words and we have not seen His Words, for they were sealed from us until this the Time of the End. Now His
Words are opened to our understanding. His Words are Truth, and the receiving of the Knowledge of Truth is one of
the End Time events, per the apostle Paul, as prophesied in Hebrews 10:25,26. In that passage the apostle Paul
says that as the Day of the Lord approaches, that the Knowledge of Truth shall be received. Thus, we can know that
the Time of the End has come because the Knowledge of Truth has now been received. This is also in concurrence
with the book of Revelation, for the opening action of the end time Judgments (Revelation 5:1-14) is that of the Lamb
taking the Scroll from the Father and loosing its Seals. It has long been known by Jewish theologians that “the Truth”
is “the Seal of God”. For in Psalm 33:4 the Lord reveals through David that all His works are in Truth, and in Psalm
119:142 that all His law is Truth. Also, in Revelation 3:7, the Lord Christ Jesus proclaims that He holds the key to
David. The Seal of God is a work that is only of God. Therefore His Seal on the Seven Scrolls is of “the Truth”. And,
as Paul foretold in that passage of Hebrews 10:25-26, that as the Day of the Lord approaches, the knowledge of
Truth would be received. This means that the Father has given the Seals of the Scrolls of Revelation 5 to the Lamb
of God. They are being opened and their events are occurring exactly in the times that have been ordained by the
Father.
Revelation 3:7 “These things (Meaning the ways of doing the Words of God) says He who is Holy (The Word “Holy” also
means the “Rod of the Almond” – He has now come forth to take the Rod of Holiness, and by the Sword of Truth, to rule
over His People with the way of being Holy –that is the way of doing His works of Righteousness). He who is True. He
who holds the key to David (the key to Truth – or, also known as, the key to the Seal of God). He who opens and no one
shuts, and shuts and no one opens.”
Jeremiah 1:4-12 4Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: 5“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before
you were born I sanctified you (set him apart); and I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” 6Then said I: “Ah, Lord god!
                                                  7
Behold I cannot speak, for I am a youth.” But the Lord said to me: “Do not say, ‘I am a youth,’ for you shall go to all
whom I send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak. 8Do not be afraid of their faces, for I am with you to
                                   9
deliver you,” says the Lord. Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: “Behold, I
have put My Words in your mouth. 10See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and
                                                                          11
to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant.” Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

                                                                                   12
“Jeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see a rod of an almond tree.” Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen
well, for I am ready to perform My Word.”
Take notice that in the opening of the book of Jeremiah, that when the Lord reveals to His messenger Jeremiah, that
He was ready to judge the Israelites (As He would send them off into the captivity under Babylon for not hearing His
Words and His Warning) if they did not hear Him, that He also reveals that He is about to perform His Word. Notice
also in Jeremiah 1:9 that the Lord sent Jeremiah to the Israelites to speak His Words that He put in the mouth of
Jeremiah. In Daniel 12:4,9,10, take notice that the Lord tells us that this is also the way the Time of the End shall
come for us. For in this, the Time of the Evening of the Day of the Lord, He will open His Words and the scriptures to
us. As it points out in Daniel 12:9-10, that those who are wise and who understand, will put on a new garment of
white, they shall be purified, and they shall be made ready for the marriage with the Lamb of God. Since the Lord is
calling us to come out of the way of the City of Babylon, we should hear the wisdom of the prophet Jeremiah to whom
the Lord said that by the rod of an almond tree – by His Holy Word that is the Sword of Truth - that He is going to
come forth to perform His Word in this the time of Judgments on His people and upon all those on the face of the
whole earth.
Daniel 12:9-10 9And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time
of the end. 10Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none
of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.
Since the Words of God are Spirit and they are Life (John 3:34, John 6:63); and since we have not had the
Knowledge of Truth available to us (Hebrews 10:25-26), we have also not had the Spirit of Truth available to come
into us (John 16:13). Remember that the disciples did not receive the Words of God until after the Resurrection of
Christ (Luke 24:44-45). And, prior to the disciples receiving His Words inside them, the disciples did not have the
Spirit of Truth, living in them. They had heard the Words of God, but they did not receive the Spirit of Truth in power
until after they had received the Words of God and the understanding of the Scriptures. This is confirmed because
after they received the Words of God, the Lord still told them to tarry in Jerusalem until they received the power from
on high (Luke 24:49). This is the Spirit of Truth that comes in power to those who have His Understanding and His
Words abiding in their Hearts, for John says that the Spirit that is in His Words is not given from on high in anything
but full measure (John 3:34). Prior to His crucifixion the Lord confirms this when He says in John 14:17 that the Spirit
of Truth was then dwelling with them in the land but He was not in them. The spirit of the Lord was not absent from
the Jews prior to the cross; but, after the cross, the Spirit of Truth was the Spirit of power that came upon those
Jewish disciples who had His Words in them. This Spirit of Truth has dwelled with all others, but it has not been
inside of anyone since the time of the disciples, and this is why we have not had power available to us likened to the
disciples. Now that power is available for the Spirit of Truth has now been released upon the earth with the authority
to enter into people and to open the Words of God to those who will hear the Lord. One last point on this is that the
Lord tells us in John 16:13 that when the Spirit of Truth HAS COME that He will lead us into ALL truth. Jesus and the
Father are the Spirit of Truth, and they are coming to be inside of those who receive His Words. There are signs that
the Spirit of Truth has now come upon the earth are two things.
  1. A sign of the presence of the Spirit of Truth is that the person filled with the Spirit of Truth will be able to reveal
from the scriptures things that are to come, rightly dividing the Word of Truth, for to do so requires the
Knowledge of the Truth to have been received.
  2. A second sign of the Spirit of Truth is that the Spirit of Truth will bring high pressure upon the hearts of the
people, for when the Spirit of Truth has come people will be convicted of their sins. The Lord says that He is
now going to make every secret thing that has been hidden to be unsealed, and all the deceit of the nations is
going to be revealed as well. The Lord is going to do this because we must make a choice. The Sword of the
Spirit, that is the Sword of Truth, shall separate believers from non-believers. Those who are of the World will
not be a part of God. For all men will have to now make a choice, because as of this year, there no longer
remains a sacrifice for willful sins. If we choose to follow complacency, then we have also chosen willful sin, for
the Lord has said that if we do not take up our cross and follow Him, then we are not worthy of Him, and only
the worthy are going to raptured (Luke 21:36; Zephaniah 2:3; and Psalm 50:4-5). This will cause the great
white harvest revival, for the Spirit of Truth will convict the people of their sins. With the knowledge that willful
sins will cause us to be sent to His prisons, the ones who are wise will choose to hear the Lord and the Words
that He spoke. With the revelation of knowledge, people will begin to fear God and to turn from evil (Proverbs
16:6). When the preachers begin to teach the Words of God then they will walk in unison with the Spirit of
Truth, and it will cause the Spirit to burn upon the souls of those who hear this teaching. Remember the
reaction of the two men, when after the Resurrection, the Lord walked with them and opened the scriptures to
them. Their hearts began to burn within them. When the Words of God are taught and the scriptures are
opened, the Spirit of Truth will work upon the hearts of those and He will convict them of sin and of the Truth. It
will have a great positive result for while it convicts, the spirit of Truth also gives awareness to the promises of
God and the strength of God to do all things, and that now, with Him available to be in us, with fully authorized
power, there is nothing impossible to those who believe in Him.

It is important to note that in John 4:21-24, that the Lord says that there will be a time when the law of worship will
change, and men will have to worship the Father in Spirit and Truth. Without receiving the Knowledge of Truth, this
change of law could not possibly occur. Jesus came to bring the Good News of the Words of God to all the people
of the world. At His first coming He brought it to the Jews, and now He has opened it to the Gentiles. The Gentiles
could have received it earlier, if they would have sought it, but not one in the entire world did so (Psalm 14:2-3, Psalm
53:2-3). The appointed time for His Words, His good News, to be opened, has now come upon the earth for all the
Gentiles. It is now the Time of the End. The Lord tells us in John 4:23,24, that now the true worshippers of God will
worship Him in spirit and in Truth. The Lord says that now we MUST worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. In 2
Corinthians 12:20 Paul tells us that the promises of God and the Truth were found in Jesus. Jesus says that He
came with the Words of God written upon His heart, for He said He had a heart like David’s. John the Baptist says
that His Words are Spirit and they are Life, and Life is a promise of God. From these verses, we are able to glean out
that what Paul says in Hebrews 109:25,26 is truly an authorized change of the law that is passed down from God.
That change of law is that because the knowledge of truth is received, there no longer remains the blood sacrifice for
those who commit willful sin. When Jesus came this law changed for the Jews, for the Knowledge of Truth was
accessible to all those who would listen. In Acts 28:28, in ~60 AD, it was made known that the knowledge of Truth
was again closed to the Jews.
Psalm 14:2-3, & Psalm 53:2-3 2The Lord looks down from Heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any
                                      3
who understand, who seek God. They have all turned aside, they have together become corrupt; there is none that
      does GOOD, no, not one.
This now brings us to these ten virgins. The Lord is saying that all ten heard the call of the Kingdom of heaven, and
they wanted to become brides. Since the call of the Kingdom of Heaven is the receiving of the Knowledge of Truth,
this event of Matthew 25:1 is actually happening at this very time. Truly this is referring to the people of these End
Times receiving the call to prepare for the bridegroom by receiving Him in the Spirit and in Truth. For prior to this time
we have not had access to the knowledge of the Truth. Until now we did not have access to the Spirit of Truth in
POWER, such that we would be able to discern the knowledge of the Kingdom of Heaven and the Good News of the
enabling of the Good Works of the Father.
In Matthew 25:1, the Lord uses action words in regard to the acts of the Virgins. The Lord says that all 10 Virgins
TOOK their lamps and they WENT FORTH to MEET the bridegroom. This is important because in the Lord’s
prophesy of Daniel 12:4, the Lord says that at the Time of the End, when the Words of God are unsealed and the
understanding of His promises hidden in His Words within the scriptures are opened, then many SHALL go to and fro,
and knowledge WILL increase. Here in Matthew 25:1 we see the concurrence with that statement because the 10
virgins have heard the calling of the Spirit of Truth that has now come onto the earth in power, and they have indeed
GONE FORTH to seek out the bridegroom. He can be found in each of the Words of God and in the Scriptures.
We can know that the ten virgins are going forth to seek those who can teach them knowledge, for they have heard
the knowledge that it is soon going to be the time, and they have gone forth and taken their lamps. In Revelation 3:7,
the Lord tells us that He holds the key of David, and that when He opens no one can shut, and when He shuts no one
can open. The Lord is telling us that the key is found in the writings of David. And, within those writings we do find a
key. The virgins all take their lamps. David tells us in Psalm 119:105 that it is the Word of God that is a LAMP unto
my feet, and a Light unto my path. In Psalm 119:130 we see that the entrance of His Words gives Light, and it gives
understanding to the simple. The Lamp that we have is our belief in Jesus. The apostle John revealed that Jesus is
the Light that came into the world from above (John 1:9). Our faith and knowledge of the Lord is the Lamp that gives
us of His Light. Our knowledge of Scripture is the oil that fuels our lamp.
The key thing that we need to grasp here is that all ten virgins heard the call and that they WENT FORTH to gain
knowledge of the bridegroom. The Lord says in Daniel 12:4 that at the Time of the End, when His Words are opened
and the scriptures are again unsealed, that many shall go to and fro to increase in knowledge. The result is shown in
Daniel 12:9,10, for it says in that day when His Words are opened, that many will be purified, made white and be
refined. Then He adds that they shall become wise. Why? It is because like the wise virgins, they heard His call,
obeyed His commands, and went forth zealously to learn His Words and His Good Ways. It is a requirement of the
Lord for the people of these last days that we increase in knowledge. This is why in Revelation 3:16-20, the Lord
says to this last days church that we are to turn, repent, and become zealous for Him. He also counsels us (Gives to
us a warning instruction) that we should buy gold from Him that is refined in fire. His gold is the knowledge of His
Words and the Promises of God that they contain. Until we go forth to seek knowledge of His Words zealously, then
we are not worthy of Him. That is why the Lord says that the Queen of the South, the Queen of Sheba, will stand up
in these last days and testify against us. The Queen of Sheba is standing in front of the Lord and giving testimony
against all those who do not go forth to seek His wisdom. For again, the Lord says that when she heard that Solomon
was revealing the Wisdom of God, that is the knowledge of the Words of God and His Good Works, that she came
from afar to sit in the presence of Solomon to learn of this Wisdom of God, for she had heard that God had ordained
His wisdom to be opened by Solomon. She was loved the Lord, for when she heard of the wisdom of God was being
spoken, she went forth and filled her vessel with the oil of the wisdom revealed from the Spirit of His Word. Consider

also that she swallowed her pride and left a wealthy nation of that day, that she ruled over, and came to another
nation, even to become one of Solomon’s 1,000 wives and concubines. The Lord reveals to us in Matthew 12:42 that
she did this because she was hungry – zealous – to learn the wisdom of God from the one whom the Lord gave to
speak it. The Lord says that now a wiser than Solomon is here, for because the veil of the Temple was torn in two
from top to bottom, we can now come directly to Him to gain wisdom. We only need help to grasp the concept of His
Words, and then as He promised in Proverbs 1:23, that if you turn at His reproof, then He will surely pour out His
Spirit upon you and make His words known to you.
The Lord has now opened His Words to this generation. Our receiving His Words before the midnight hour is a free
choice. But know this – at the midnight hour the Men of Nineveh will stand in testimony against us, and the Queen of
Sheba will stand in testimony against us. They made the choice in a time when they were less knowledgeable of the
power and Words of God than the people of this day. Their choice for hearing God’s Word and accepting His
messenger will be judged against our choices, and we have much greater tools for going to and fro, as well as tools
for researching the scriptures. Do not expect their sympathy if you do not hear God’s Words, and if you do not
become zealous to go to seek His knowledge.
                                                VERSE - MATTHEW 25:2-4
In Matthew 25:2-4 we see the difference between the 10 virgins. In Matthew 25:2 we are told that there are five wise
virgins, and there are five foolish virgins. Consider that all 10 virgins heard the tug of the Spirit of Truth, and they went
forth. Yet, the Lord says 5 went forth foolishly and 5 went forth wisely.
In Matthew 25:4 we are told that the wise virgins are the ones who took not only their lamps, but they also put oil in
their lamps. These are those who recognize that the Lord is saying that this is the Time of the End, and they go forth
to the Lord, not only with their lamps that have the Light of their belief in Him, but they also hear His Words and write
them upon their hearts. The fact that they gathered oil and put it in their vessels is important because it is the
representation of the Spirit of Truth being with them in power. We see in 1 Samuel 16:13 that when Samuel anointed
David with oil, that the spirit of the Lord (The Lord is Truth, and thus, it is the Spirit of Truth that is also the Spirit of the
Lord) came upon David with power. That power is the Good Works of the Father, for the Lord says that only the
Father is Good, and He said that He speaks the Words that He heard and saw His Father do in heaven, and that the
works that the Father does are Good. The law of John 15:7 states that if the Lord abides in us, and His Words abide
in us, then we shall ask what we desire and it will be done for us, for we will only ask for what is the will of the Father.
Thus, the 5 wise virgins are those who increased in knowledge of His Truth, and thus they put inside their vessels the
oil of the power of the Spirit of Truth.
1 Samuel 16:13 "So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on
the Spirit of the Lord came upon David in power."
In Matthew 25:3 we see the opposite reaction with the 5 foolish virgins. They have heard the call of the Spirit of
Truth, but they complacently do not pay attention to the knowledge of the Lord, and they do not make any effort to
add the oil of the knowledge of the Words of God by writing them upon their hearts. They believe that they have
sufficient enough Spirit for their lamps are still glowing. These 5 foolish virgins have forgotten the command of the
Lord that says that if we love Him, and a bride must love her Bridegroom, then we will keep His commandments. One
of those commands is that if we love Him we will keep His Words (John 14:24), and that if we do not hear His Words,
then Jesus says that we are not of God (John 8:47).
Take notice that in Acts 28:24 that of the Jews of Rome, to whom Paul opened the Words of God and the scriptures,
that 50 % of them believed what Paul revealed to them, and 50% of them did not believe Paul. Also take notice in
Acts 28:25-28, that Paul says that those who were shown and did not believe were blind and they lacked
understanding. This is the same correlation that the Lord is showing us in this parable of the 10 virgins. The Lord is
saying that half of His people will hear and be healed, but the other half will be left blind and lost. The Lord says in
John 8:46 that if they do not hear His Words, then they are not of god. That is exactly what happens to the 5 foolish
virgins who refused to take of His oil, which is the Words of God that is the source that gives us the Light of our lamps
(Psalm 119:105, 130).
                                                  VERSE - MATTHEW 25:5
The Lord then tells us that all of the 10 virgins slumbered and slept. This is an interesting inclusion within this
parable. But, by its inclusion, the Lord teaches us an interesting Truth. Once you have received the Words of God in
you, and you have stored them within your vessel, meaning that you have increased in knowledge as it so states in
Daniel 12:4,9,10, the Lord gives us an interesting promise that we will be raptured, even if go to sleep in our works
during the days that are known as the time of the evening. We find this confirmed by the apostle Paul in Ephesians
1:13.
Take notice that the 5 wise virgins had already filled their vessel with oil for their lamp, before the time that they went
to sleep.

Understanding the Parable of the Ten Virgins; A Bible Teaching With Floyd E. Taylor

The 5 foolish virgins also ignored, or did not desire to receive the knowledge of His Truth, that when we receive the
Word of Grace in our hearts as His Word, and we keep it written upon our heart by faith, then we have received within
us the Holy Spirit of Promise that is in His Word Grace. Because they were complacent, they did not gather any oil by
making a covenant of sacrifice by honoring the glory of the Lord through the desire to increase in His knowledge. If
we do not have this knowledge, then how will they access the supernatural provisions that we will all require to make
it through the famine of the Word and the economic collapse that is coming upon the world as the 3rd Seal Judgment.
In those days, it will be likened to the famine in the days of Elijah. Those who have the knowledge of His Words are
going to be kept safe and secure until the time of the rapture. For by His Word that He gives to us, we are swept
clean (John 15:3). Grace is one of the Words of God, and it is an irrevocable promise of God to be resurrected to
eternal life. Thus, Grace is one of the 153 irrevocable Words of the promises of God. Grace is one of the Words that
are of the supply of the oil that we need to put into our vessel. Grace is knowledge that comes down from heaven for
it was given and now belongs to Jesus, and He has given it to the Spirit of Truth to reveal to us, and for us to receive
it and have the Spirit to write it upon our hearts. The 5 foolish virgins did not have any oil in their vessel, so none of
the Words of God were found in them.
Take notice that this parable of the 10 virgins does not separate the Bible Scholar, the Evangelist, or the everyday
believer. They are all seen as just a virgin bride getting ready to meet the Bridegroom. Clearly all of them are
believers. The 5 foolish ones are those who think that they are rich in knowledge and that they are lacking nothing.
The 5 wise virgins are those who when they heard of the Truth of the Kingdom of Heaven, they took their lamps and
they sought the oil so that when they went out to meet the bridegroom they were aware of His Ways and that they
would have enough of His power to withstand any storm that might come up and require that they use of the oil they
have in the vessel. It will be hard for modern day evangelists to be prepared as wise brides, for many of them have
become like the rich young ruler, and they will unwisely do as Paul warns in 2 Timothy 3:1-9, and resist the
Knowledge of the Truth. They will be then likened to the 5 foolish virgins, for in the midnight hour they will awaken
and find that the angels of God have taken away from them what little of the knowledge of the Truth that they did have
(Hosea 4:6, Matthew 7:21-23; Revelation 3:16-19). The same will be true for many prophets of God and even Bible
Theologians (Isaiah 29:9-15; Matthew 7:21-23; Revelation 3:16-19). These are those who will be complacent. They
will hear the call to increase in knowledge, yet they will scoff and resist the Knowledge of the Truth. They will be like
the Jews of Rome who rejected the knowledge of the Truth when Paul opened it to them (Acts 28:16-31).
Note: The book of the Bible that is called the Book of Ephesians is clearly not a letter of Paul written to the Ephesians.
It is impossible that this was his intent. The early scholars say that this book was supposed to be a circular prophetic
letter to be sent out to all churches. It was likely first sent to the Laodiceans, and then read to the Colossians. Three
of the early Bible transcripts did not have the words “”who are in Ephesus” written in Ephesians 1:2. This letter was a
prophetic letter that was likely written primarily to the people of these, the last days. There are many uses of phrases
in this book that have not been clear to Bible Scholars for they were closed to the Gentiles until these last days when
the Knowledge of Truth is made known by God, as we now are seeing in these last days. Many of the books of the
New Testament were written to those Jews who had heard the Words of God taught to them by the apostles. This is
why Paul refers to these people as being those who are “in Christ”, per the understanding of John 15:4.
                                                  VERSE - MATTHEW 25:6
At midnight a cry was heard that told the 10 virgins that the bridegroom is coming, and that they are to go out and
meet Him. This verse is telling us that at a time in the near future, within 5 years, that there will be a sudden
awareness that the Bridegroom is coming.
It will be a cry let out. It will be a cry because in one moment in the midnight of the Day of the Lord, the Lord will send
forth His angels, and they will set apart the worthy from the unworthy, and seal up the worthy, just as Noah and his
family were sealed up within the ark for seven days before it was taken up off the earth. Just like those 7 days in the
days of Noah, there will be great troubles for those who are not found worthy and who are not sealed up by the
angels of the Lord. For the worthy who will be sealed are those who will be ready for this time. They will need to be
like the 5 wise virgins who had their vessels filled with oil. Remember that Job prophesies in Job 34:20 that He will
trouble the wicked people at midnight. Thus, we can know that the midnight hour is the beginning of the troubles that
the Lord has ordained for those who have rejected knowledge.
Psalm 50:4,5 HE SHALL CALL to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that He may judge His people: Gather to
Me My holy ones (Saints – those worthy to escape), who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.
The cry at the midnight hour is the Judgment of the sheep and the goats as is described in Matthew 25:31-46. The
Lord sends forth His angels to separate the worthy (the sheep) from the unworthy (the goats). The Lord does not
remove the sheep from the earth at this time, but they are set apart, sealed, by His Truth. The Bible indicates that it is
at the midnight hour when the Lord will send forth His power by a mighty rushing wind in tongues of fire. It will come
upon all those who have become His disciples. You are His disciples if you hear His Words and do them. For the
Lord says that to those who have, more will be given. That “more” has to be the fire and the power that He is going to
send forth from heaven. Thus, it seems that the power will come upon us at the midnight hour. We will be prepared
and waiting, as His disciples were also ready and waiting.

                                                    VERSE - MATTHEW 25:7
The 10 virgins all heard the cry and they awoke to find that they had not yet been raptured. They all trimmed their
lamps. In this act they are taking an inventory of the Light of the Spirit that is in them. Take notice that upon this
assessment the 5 wise virgin, even though they had slumbered and slept, they found that they were still filled with the
Spirit of God. The Light had remained in their lamps. This is because the Lord says that the promise that is in the
Word of God sweeps them clean (John 15:3); and even though they slept like the 5 foolish virgins, the 5 wise virgins
were found worthy and ready when the call came at midnight. But, the angels of the Lord did not find the 5 foolish
virgins to be clean and worthy. Thus it was, that as the 10 virgins arose and trimmed their lamps, which is to say that
they checked the Light of His Spirit that was in each of them, that is was only the 5 foolish virgins who found that the
Spirit had departed from them, and they were left with no light in their lamp. For at the time of midnight they found
that they had no oil in their vessel. As it says in Proverbs 1:23-33, they had rejected to receive the knowledge of His
Words when He had offered them. Now it was too late, and no matter what hey tried, they would not be found among
those who are taken away in the event of the Rapture that will occur in the 6th Seal Judgment, and that is prior to the
Trumpet Judgments. Because they were not ready, the foolish that rejected to increase in knowledge, will go through
the troubles that the Lord will allow to be brought upon all the who unworthy.
                                                    VERSE - MATTHEW 25:8
This event is going to come as a cry for all the foolish. It is coming as a snare on all those who have heard His call
and who have complacently ignored His call to go to and fro so that you are able to increase in knowledge. This is
the cry of those who suddenly awakened and they realize immediately that something terrible has happened. At the
midnight hour the angels of the Lord will take away the Spirit from those who have rejected His knowledge. The 5
foolish virgins now know that their lamp is out, for they have no oil. Consider this carefully, for what do you think it
would be like for you if suddenly you awake and the Lord has authorized the Holy Spirit to be removed from your life.
This is the day that the restrainer of the devil is removed. Do you not think that on that day there will be such a
mighty and great attack upon all the believers who were as the 5 foolish virgins? On that day when the Holy Spirit is
removed from them, they are going to awake into the most vile darkness. Terrible thoughts are going to flow through
their minds. Anger, pride and bitterness will overflow them like a flood. That is the cry that will go out, as there will be
a flood of evil that will fill the vessel of the foolish virgins.
Amos 8:11-14 “Behold! The days are coming,” says the Lord God, “That I will send a famine on the land, Not a
famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the Words of the Lord, They shall wander from sea to sea, and
from North to East; They shall run to and fro, seeking the Word of the Lord, But shall not find it. In that day the fair virgins
and strong young men shall faint from thirst. Those who swear by the sin of Samaria, Who say, ‘As your god lives, O
Dan!’ and, ‘As the Way of Beersheba lives!’ They shall fall and never rise again.”
For at that moment when they recognize that evil has filled their hearts and the Spirit is missing, that they will
recognize that they should have heard the Lord’s command to hear His voice and receive His Words. Now they know
that the Words of God were true, and that they now desperately want to find them, for they will now know what it is
like to feel the darkness of evil fill their vessels. This is why the Lord says in Amos 8:11-14, that when He sends this
Famine of the Word, that then all the virgins who were foolish and complacent, will now go urgently to and fro seeking
His Words, but they will not find them, for He alone has the key that closes our brains and there is no one who can
open it. Though they try everything, they will not find the Words of God and His Spirit. The devil will take away
everything that they hear, and the Lord will let them live in their confusion (Proverbs 1:23-33).
Proverbs 1:24-33 I have stretched out My hand and no one regarded. Because you disdained all My counsel, and would
have none of My reproof, I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes. When your terror comes
like a storm, and your destruction comes like a whirlwind. When distress and anguish come upon you. Then they
will call upon Me, BUT I WILL NOT ANSWER; they will seek Me diligently, but they will not find Me. Because they
hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord, they would have none of My counsel, and would have
none of My reproof. THEREFORE they shall eat the fruit of their own way, and be filled to the full with their own fancies.
For the turning away of the simple will slay them, and the complacency of fools (This is those who reject His Knowledge
and those who are lazy and complacent and do not increase in Knowledge, as per Hosea 4:6) will destroy them. BUT
whoever listens to Me will dwell safely, and will be secure (at ease) without fear of evil.
This verse shows us how foolish are those who reject His knowledge, for the Lord says that it is by a lack of
knowledge that His people are destroyed. So will it soon be. The Lord says in Luke 21:36 that only the worthy may
be found worthy to escape the things to come. The Rapture is a reward to the worthy. In Psalm 50:4,5, we see that it
is reserved for those who make a covenant with Him by sacrifice. What is that sacrifice? It is to receive His Words
and to teach them to our children. We should all take a strong lesson from the Lord’s instruction that is found in
Malachi 4:6 that before the day time of the Day of the Lord, that the Lord will turn the hearts of the fathers to their
children and the hearts of the children to their fathers. That is the way of the 5 wise virgins. For it is by knowledge
that the wise are protected and kept safe.

                                                  VERSE - MATTHEW 25:9
In this verse the wise are recognizing the law of God, and like disciples, they will know what is unlawful to do. It is not
allowed to use the Words of God to ask for things that are not in the will of God, and in these days after the midnight
call, the unworthy are going to share in the troubles that the Lord is going to bring upon all the world. If we willing do
so, then we are committing a willful sin. And, willful sins are no longer covered by the sacrifice of His blood (Hebrews
10:25-31). For after receiving the knowledge of Truth, we will recognize just how great a treasure His words are, and
we will seek to obey them with all our heart. We would not do anything to risk losing the promises of God that are
eternal life. Also, we will know that eternal life is no more than 12 years from now for those who have the promise of
being raptured written in the Word of Grace that is written upon their heart.
In these days after the midnight hour, the 5 wise virgins will daily put on the full armor of God, but the unwise will not
have access to the full armor of God. This is important, for the struggles that the foolish will go through will severely
test them.
It will be in these days of the midnight hour that the Middle East holy war will occur. This is the Ezekiel War. This war
is not the Battle of Armageddon. That is another war. That war will be when the antichrist gathers all the armies of
the world together to battle against the Lord on the known day of His return (Which is 1,290 days after the
abomination of desolations is set up in the Temple).
This Middle East war is a holy war, and the Lord will destroy all other man made gods before He takes His people off
of the earth in the Rapture. The Ezekiel War has to occur prior to the 6th Seal Judgment, for as He did in the days of
Moses, the Lord will destroy all other gods of man before He takes His people out to the Promised Land. The
wording of Revelation 6:15,16 clearly shows that by that time, there will be no one who will believe in Islam. For at
the time of the 6th Seal Judgment all men will know that the Lord Jesus Christ is now going to be bringing His wrath
upon them. By that time, no one in the world will have any belief in Mohammed, Islam, or, even in Buddha. Everyone
will know that the God of Heaven is the Lord Jesus Christ. For every man on the earth will hide from the wrath of the
Lord that they will know He will now bring upon them. Thus, we can know that the Middle East war will occur prior to
the 6th Seal Judgment. It means that this Middle East War has to occur prior to 2018.
The Middle East War is a religious war fought between those who follow the false teaching of Islam, and those who
are of His people Israel. Thus, Israel should prepare for in five years they can expect that war at any time. One can
understand that in 5 years the Holy Spirit will be removed from the hearts of the unworthy, and this is the restrainer
who has held back this holy war. When He is removed from the presence of wicked men, then all evil will be in their
minds. Nothing will stop them from coming to Israel, for it is the Lord himself who has put a hook in their nose. He is
bringing them there so that He may show His glory and make Himself known to His people. Because it is the Lord
who brings them, it is possible that event may happen just at the midnight hour; so that it will be that many Israelites
may then turn to the Lord their God. For the Lord says that as these armies oppress His people that they will call
upon Him, and He will come and rescue them. He also says that many nations shall repent. This gives us knowledge
that there will still be an available time for repentance; and, thus, this indicates that this battle could be before the
midnight hour. For after the midnight hour it is too late, according to the parable of the ten virgins.
The wise virgins refuse to give up their oil for they will need it in the 7 years that will remain until the bridegroom
comes and lets in those who are ready. The wise send the foolish ones out to find His knowledge wherever they can
find it. This is the meaning of Amos 8:11-14, that in the Time of the Famine they will go to and fro everywhere
searching for knowledge, but they will not find it.
These, who were not ready at midnight, are the believers who will be “left behind”. Even though for 7 years the
worthy will still remain on earth, these who were found unworthy will be know that they do not have the Lord. They
are going to be desperate. The Lord says that in those days there will be rumors that God can be found here or
there, but it will not be true. What this means is that during these 7 years after the midnight hour, that there will be
false teachers who will say that they can reveal to them how to receive His Words and how to enable the promises of
the Good Works of the father; but, the Lord says that this will not be true. In Amos 8:14 the Bible teaches us that in
those 7 years that all who follow after the gods of Dan will fall and never rise again. The Bible says that during those
7 years, all who have followed after the way of the false prosperity teachings, called by the Lord as the Way of
Beersheba, shall also fall, and they also will never rise again.
The wise virgins are telling these foolish ones to go forth and seek oil. This is showing that the wise understand the
will of the Lord. Just as the prophets and disciples would not disobey the law of the Lord to make clear the Words of
God, for His Words were to remain sealed until the Time of the End, these wise virgins will not disobey the command
of the Lord. In the time of the Night the Lord says that it is not lawful for man to work. For the Father will not do the
good works for those on the outside. Thus, there is no Good Work for man to do in the time of the Night. These wise
virgins know that they cannot give oil to the foolish. So they send them out to others if the foolish so insist to find it;
but there is no one who can provide oil to them in the time of the Night, for only the Spirit can open His Words to
them.

                                                 VERSE - MATTHEW 25:10
The Lord will come to call home His Saints in the Rapture, likely at the time just before the Sunrise, or just at the time
of the Sunrise, of he Day of the Lord. This should be in the year 2018. Though we will not know the exact day, or the
exact hour, we shall know the prophetic hour and the prophetic day. Thus, we will know the time of the season when
the Lord will call His Saints from the grave, followed by the calling up of the Saints who are living, and who have been
sealed up by His angels as being found worthy at the midnight hour; and who have maintained to keep their garments
clean during the Night of the Lord (The 7 years between the sealing of the worthy by the angels of God, and the time
when He calls for them to come up in what is called the Rapture of the Saints).
Luke 21:35,36 “For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.

perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent.
Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will
come upon you. You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they
shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy.”
Matthew 10:37-38 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves

that the only hope for making heaven is going to by Martyrdom (5th Seal Judgment). For all other unworthy believers
their only hope will be for the resurrection back to life at the Time of the Great White Throne Judgment. For the 1000
years of the Millennium they are going to be chained inside the body of a worm is one of the prisons of God, enduring
the paid of suffering as they must pay the full price for their sins. They will endure the horrible punishments of their
sins, and for the 1000 years of the Millennium they will have no rest, but only constant pain, and they shall know the
sorrows for not hearing the Lord. It is like the rich man who ignored the beggar Lazarus. He had not realized how he
would suffer in Hades. He will be resurrected only at the Great White Throne Judgment, after he has paid the full
price for his sins. At that Great White Throne Judgment, the balance of the 1/3rd of all mankind will be pulled from out
of the fire. For the Lord says in Zachariah 13:9, that He will pull 1/3rd through the fire.
They will be cast into God’s prisons to pay all the price of their sins until the day of their resurrection to the Great
White Throne Judgment seat. At that time their works that are all recorded in the books of Heaven will judge them.
But, for over 1000 years they will have been punished unceasing in one of the prisons of God.
These unworthy and foolish virgins are going to call out to God, but He is still going to say that He never knew them.
Thus, unless they become a zealous martyr for Him, they will have no way to go to heaven until the Great White
Throne Judgment.
In this verse, the Lord uses the Greek word “αµην”. This is the Greek word for “Amen”. It has the meaning of “The
Truth”. In most Bibles, this word in this verse is translated as “Verily”, or as “Truly”. It can be seen that no matter the
choice of translation, the Lord is actually saying “The Truth I say to you, I know you not.” The Lord is saying that
within the Creation, you are to me as those who are cast into the Outer Darkness, for of those the Lord says that they
are sent there and are never remembered. The Lord shall remove those souls from Himself, and also from all of our
minds. They shall never even come to mind. It will be as if they were never created.
                                                 VERSE - MATTHEW 25:13
As reviewed earlier, the Lord pleads with us to get us to Watch, which means we are instructed by the Lord to seek
understanding of the Good News, and to seek to receive His Words of Understanding. He has already come as a
snare, for we did not know He would come as the Spirit of Truth. If we receive His Words, then the Spirit of Truth will
open to us the things to come (John 16:13). Thus, though we have not known the hour or the day, the Spirit of Truth,
who comes forth from the Father, will open to our understanding the prophetic hour and the prophetic day, if we
receive His Words. All of this shall occur in the 14 years that is the Time of the Affliction of Joseph (Amos 6:6).
The Midnight hour is the ending of the first half of the years of the Affliction of Joseph – the first 7 years, or 2004
through 2011. The Night is the second half of the years of the Affliction of Joseph – the second 7 years, or 2012
through 2018. Because of our lack of knowledge, we did not know that the Day of the Lord would come as it has –
beginning with the receiving of the Knowledge of Truth. We did not understand that the Lord would now come with
the Father as the Spirit of Truth. We did not understand His Good News. For these reasons the Lord says Watch
therefore (Meaning to meditate on His Words so that we would increase in knowledge of His Glory and so that we
could have received earlier the Spirit of Truth, but we did not watch as He had instructed of us), for you know neither
(Meaning that He says we are lacking in knowledge, so we should meditate of his Words so that we can gain in
knowledge, and that then we can receive understanding) the day now the hour in which the Son of Man comes.
If you think about this carefully, you will see that it is just as the Lord wept for Jerusalem and said that if they only
knew how many times He waited for them to turn to Him so that He could heal them, but they never turned to Him. It
is the same for the Gentiles. If we would have just heeded this warning of the Lord, then we would have known that if
we sought after the Knowledge of the Truth with all of our hearts, then as He changed His proclamations for the men
of Nineveh, so would He have changed His proclamation for us. This is why the men of Nineveh are also now
standing in front of the Lord to testify against us. There is nothing impossible to the Lord if His people seek the
Knowledge of His glory. For if we know His Glory, that is seen in the bow of the Lord that we refer to as the rainbow,
then we will know that nothing is impossible for God. The rainbow shows us that God controls all things, for all things
that exist, consists by the summation of frequency and energy. The elements that come forth from His voice also
consist of frequency and energy. There is not one subatomic particle that He has not numbered. There is nothing
impossible to God. If we would have sought Him to gain in understanding of the Good Works of the Father, then we
could have received the Knowledge of His Works, and thus, we would have had to receive the Knowledge of the
Truth, for it is that Spirit of Truth who reveals all things (John 16:13). Then it would have been that the Spirit of Truth
would have guided us into the Knowledge of the things to come. This is the meaning of this last parable of Matthew
25:13, that we do not know the hour and the day because we have not watched, and we did not seek understanding,
therefore the Lord says that we do not know these things.
The Lord has warned us that the people of Nineveh will measure our days. We are on a clock. We are on trial. The
prosecutor’s verdict against us is GUILTY. The Lord has given us a window of time to repent, to turn back to Him as
a people, and to become zealous for Him. If we do not, then our judgment will come very early. If we hear His
Words, and His warning, and we do repent, then we will be given the time to do what He has called us to do in these
days, and that is to prepare for the famine and the plagues that are coming upon the world. If we do not respond,

then we will not be given that time. We will all be stunned that we awaken one morning and there is no Lord to hear
our prayers. Our prophets will suddenly hear nothing from Him. Our healing ministers will suddenly see no healings
in His name. All of the deceit of the world will begin to occur. There will be an increase in every kind of disaster, and
every kind of evil will be unleashed. Why? Because the Lord will have removed His Spirit from the unworthy, and
then evil will have no one to restrain it from attacking the unworthy. It will be a day that will be well known, for the
wickedness of man will suddenly explode in every sort of violent way, such as an explosion of murders, robberies,
rapes, and cursing. Wickedness will go rampant the minute the Holy Spirit is removed from the hearts of the
unworthy. In those days men will plead for morality, but the Lord will not answer them.
If we do hear the Lord, and we do repent, and become zealous, then we will have an expanded period of time to
prepare. The more complete our response to His call, the longer that the time of peace will be. The Lord will give His
nation peace even in the midst of the economic collapse and the plagues. That peace will be based upon the
response. Let me clarify for you the importance of this. We will all die; and, our wage that we are all trying to receive
is eternal life. That is the one and single goal – eternal life. However, in addition to this we will all be rewarded in
heaven according to our works. There are crowns to earn. There are also blessings and positions to earn for our
eternal life in heaven. It is a kingdom, and kingdoms have all types of positions and ranks. The Lord even gives
positions and ranks to His angels. The positions are not obtained by our purchasing them. They are obtained by our
zealous efforts for the Lord, and each person is justly measured against the accomplishment of the work that the Lord
gave them to do while in this life. Positions will not be changed once you get to His heaven.
The positions in the heaven of eternity that He calls as His “Peace” are earned while you lived on this earth and in this
age. This is why the Bible says that some people will shine brighter than a star. Why is that? The stars send out
frequencies with bursts of energy, and frequencies and energy control elements. Thus, scientifically, the brightness
of stars is symbolic of the rewards that await those in heaven. Yes, it is also symbolic of the glow of brightness that
will surround them; but it is also the meaning of the reward of blessings that the Lord has in store for those who
faithfully perform the work that He has for them to do. This is why the Lord warns us to lay up treasures for ourselves
in heaven and not to focus about the treasures that we can receive from Him upon this earth.
The Lord has given us warning to “take heed”, that He can come at anytime during these 14 years, for it is determined
by the Father, but it is based upon our hearing of His Words and His instruction. This is a phrase that shouts out to
pay attention, or to suffer the results of your complacency. We see this in Mark 13:32-37 that the Lord says to take
heed; and also that He could come at any minute as a thief in the night. Why? It is because He warns us that based
upon our response to the opening of His Words and the opening of the understanding of His Ways in the Bible, that it
is the deciding factor of when the Father is going to tell the Lord that He has to send forth the angels to judge us. It
will be within the next 12 years. But, each day that this comes early is one less day that we have to help one more
person become worthy; and it is one less day that we are able to store up treasures in heaven.
Mark 13: 32-37 “But of that day and hour no one knows (This is the day and hour when the Father gives the command to
remove His Spirit from those who did not watch and pray, it is the judgment day for the righteous, and the day
understanding is taken away from the minds of the proud and the complacent Christians), neither the angels in heaven,
not the Son, but only the Father. TAKE HEED, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is. It is like a man
going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and each his work, and commanded the
doorkeeper to watch. Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming – in the evening, at
midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning – lest coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. And what I say to
you, I say to all: WATCH!”
You may think that I am confused; but, if you consider these verses carefully, you will see that I am not. Remember
very closely the warning that Jesus gave to us. He says Behold the night is coming when no man can Work. I can
almost hear the pain in the Lord’s voice when He said these words. Consider them closely, and maybe you can
understand His frustration with us of this day:
John 9:4 “I must work the works of Him who sent ME while it is day: the night is coming when no one can
         work.”
The night when no man can work is when the Lord will no longer hear the voice of those who were selected as
unworthy. That is the famine of the Word. When the Father tells the Lord Jesus that He is no longer allowed to hear
the cries of neither the complacent nor the wicked, then there is no work that can be done. For the Lord Jesus said it
is the Father who does the works, and if the Father has shut the works from those judged as unworthy, then it is a
time when no man can work. For the work of the Father is to get people to believe upon His Son. If the Father will no
longer care about the cries of the unworthy, then there is no works that can be done, for the Father will not hear us if
we are helping the unworthy. That is a time of Night, a time when no person judged unworthy, either because he was
wicked, or because he was blind and complacent, can in anyway find the Lord. As He warns all of us in Proverbs
1:23-33, He will not hear them. It is why Jesus warns us that in those days, men will say He is there, or He is here;
but, the Lord says do not listen to them, for He will not be found.
If the Lord came today to seal the Worthy, there would be so few sealed that we would be in total shock. It is only a
merciful Lord who has sent His bow and has allowed us the opportunity to earn a crown in heaven. But we are on a

measuring stick of time, just as the men of Nineveh. If we do not repent, then the Father will not be able to wait for
us. When the Lord placed the warning of the men of Nineveh in the scriptures, it placed upon us an obligation. For
the Lord says that the testimony of the men of Nineveh and the Queen of the South will be heard. They are
measuring our reaction to the opening of the Lord’s Words and of the opening of Understanding.
The Lord has given us all this time to prepare ourselves. We were to teach the Bible to the nations, and we were to
live in a just way and to honor the way of His Bible and the laws that are in it. It was the daytime, and there was
plenty of opportunity to work. But, now we are in the evening, and the night is coming fast. There is now but a
desperately short time to work. The night will come, and with it the Father will tell the Lord Jesus that He cannot hear
the voice of even one of the unworthy and wicked ones of earth. In that day the Lord will be restricted from doing the
work of the Father (The Work of the Father is found in John 6:29, that it is the work of the Father that we believe on
the one whom He sent). The Lord Jesus will not be able to work of the Father, and neither will any one on earth. For
in those days, no matter how they pray, and how you try to get them to pray, there will be no answers to prayer given
for them. There will be no healings, and no miracles for the unworthy. It has tested my soul from the frustration as I
have tried to get people to hear, and no one is listening about the shortage of time to repent. The basic issue is just
like the Lord prophesied in Revelation 3:16-22, that the people of this last days church are so proud and full of their
man twisted beliefs, that they do not want to believe that they need to repent, to turn back to Him, and become
zealous for Him. The Lord has told us in Revelation 18:4, to come out of the Way of the City of Babylon, and Nineveh
was the terrible City, that was before the City of Babylon took her place as the most wicked. Babylon never repented
and heard the Lord. Will we repent and be like Nineveh and be saved in our season? Even we repent, and the
nation is converted, once the worthy are taken away in
the rapture, it will go back to being a wicked place, just
like Nineveh; and the Bible says all the cities of earth
will be destroyed.
But, we can hope that they will listen to the Lord for all
of our sake. For the Lord says that there is nothing
impossible for Him that He cannot do. If the world
would repent, then the entire world can be saved from
its destruction. If we would just see the passion of
Christ as He neared Jerusalem riding upon that
donkey. He said that if we would just see that He has
possession of, and that He desires to give to all of us,
the things that are hidden that can save us. The world
can yet be saved if it would turn like the men of
Nineveh did. Will we hear the Words of the Lord? We
do not have to suffer these end times if we will all
repent and become zealous for Him. God changed
His ordained punishment for the men of Nineveh – SO
WILL HE CHANGE IT FOR US IF WE WILL REPENT
– FOR HE IS A JUST GOD AND WHAT HE HAS
DONE FOR THOSE WICKED MEN OF NINEVEH, WE
CAN KNOW THAT BY HIS JUSTICE, HE MUST
ALSO DO FOR US IF WE WILL REPENT AND TURN
FROM EVIL LIKE THEY DID. Please, let us come to a
revival of Righteousness unto the Lord.

2 Timothy 3:1-9 But know this that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers
of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers,
without self-control, brutal, despisers of good (His Works), traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than
lovers of God (If you hear His Words then you love Him – John 14:23-24), having a form of godliness but denying its
power (Denying His Words). And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and
make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away be various lusts, always learning and never able to
come to the knowledge of the Truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so does these also resist the Truth:
men of corrupt minds, DISAPPROVED CONCERNING THE FAITH: but they will progress no further, for their folly
will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

Daniel 12:4 “But you, Daniel, SHUT UP THE WORDS, and SEAL the BOOK until the TIME of the END; many shall run to and

Daniel 12:9,10 And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall

  shall understand.
Psalm 119:130 The Entrance of Your Words Give LIGHT; It gives Understanding to the Simple.
2 Corinthians 1:18-22 But as God is faithful, our word to you was not Yes and No. For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who
was preached among you by us – by me, Silvanus, and Timothy – was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. For all the
promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him the Truth (Greek word is “αµην”, and that is sometimes translated amen or verily,
but its meaning is THE TRUTH), to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has
anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit (His Words and Understanding) in our hearts as a deposit.

Deuteronomy 6:4-9 (THIS IS KNOWN AS THE LAW OF THE FATHERS, MOTHERS and PARENTS) "Hear, O Israel: The
Lord our God is one Lord; and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul, and with all your might.
And these Words which I command you this day shall be upon your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children,
and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
And you shall bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. And you shall write them
on the door posts of your house and on your gates."
Deuteronomy 11:18-21 (THIS IS A REPEAT, ALSO KNOWN AS THE LAW OF THE FATHERS, MOTHERS and
PARENTS) “Therefore you shall lay up these Words of Mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them in your heart and in
your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall teach them to
your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise
up. And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, that your days and the days of your children
may be multiplied in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the
  earth.”
Proverbs 1:23-33 Turn at My reproof (The opening of His Words – is the key to unlock the receiving of the Knowledge of
Truth): Surely I will pour out My Spirit on you (This has always been available to us, yet we failed to seek His Words). I will
make My Words known to you (The Spirit of Truth makes them known to us). Because I have called and you refused (Those
who refuse to hear His Words and thereby fail to increase in knowledge of Him). I have stretched out My hand and no one
regarded. Because you disdained all My counsel, and would have none of My reproof, I also will laugh at your
calamity; I will mock when your terror comes. When your terror comes like a storm, and your destruction comes like
a whirlwind. When distress and anguish come upon you. Then they will call upon Me, BUT I WILL NOT ANSWER; they
will seek Me diligently, but they will not find Me. Because they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the
Lord, they would have none of My counsel, and would have none of My reproof. THEREFORE they shall eat the fruit of
their own way, and be filled to the full with their own fancies. For the turning away of the simple will slay them, and the
complacency of fools (This is those who reject His Knowledge and those who are lazy and complacent and do not increase in
Knowledge, as per Hosea 4:6) will destroy them. BUT whoever listens to Me will dwell safely, and will be secure (at ease)
  without fear of evil.
Malachi 4:5,6. Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will
turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with
a curse (If we do not repent, and become zealous for Him, and receive His Knowledge, then the Lord will come in the Spirit
and smite the earth with a curse).
Psalm 78:1-8 “Give ear, O my people, to my law; incline your ears to the Words of my mouth. I will open my mouth in a
parable and I will utter puzzles of old (Some Bibles translate this as dark sayings or riddles, but the proper translation should
be as hidden “puzzles”, or even “parables”. The puzzles are the writings and sayings in the Bible that use His Words to reveal
to us understanding of the works of the Holy One of Israel, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and the only Son of God), which we have
heard and known and our fathers have told us. (As they obeyed the Law of Moses in Deuteronomy 11:18-21). We will not
hide them from their children, telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and His strength and His wonderful
works that He has done. (He does His Works by His Words spoken by His voice and through His angels and in so many ways
that it may be beyond our ability to comprehend). For He established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel,
which He commanded to our fathers, that they should make them known to their children (Deuteronomy 11:18-21); that the
generation to come might know them, the children who would be born, that they may arise and declare them to their children,
that they may set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments; and they may not be like
their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not
  faithful to God.”

Mark 1:14-15 Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel (The meaning of the Gospel is
the GOOD news) of the Kingdom of God (The Words of God and the promises that they contain), and saying, “The time is
fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand (His Words, that are the Kingdom of God, has drawn near, for the Lord opened
them to the Jewish disciples immediately after His Resurrection – Luke 24:44-45). REPENT, AND BELIEVE IN THE GOOD
  NEWS (His Words).”
John 18:33-38 Then Pilate entered the Praetorium again, called Jesus, and said to Him, “Are You the King of the Jews?”
Jesus answered him, “Are you speaking for yourself on this, or did others tell you this about Me?” Pilate answered, “Am I a
Jew? Your own nation and the chief priests have delivered You to me. What have you done?” Jesus answered, “My Kingdom
is not of this World.” Pilate therefore said to Him, “Are you a King then?” Jesus answered, “You say rightly that I am a King.
For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the Truth. Everyone
who is of the Truth hears my voice.” (All of Creation consist through Him – Colossians 1:15-17, and all of Creation hears His
Voice – Psalm 19:1-4). Pilate said to Him, “What is Truth?” (Jesus did not answer Pilate on this, for it was unlawful for Him to
open this knowledge to a Gentile)
Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject
you from being a priest before Me because you have forgotten the law of your God (All those who will be raptured will be
as priests before Him, thus, the Lord is saying that those who reject His knowledge of Truth will not be raptured), I also will
forget your children.” (Pay attention fathers – if you reject His knowledge of Truth, then you are cursing your own children to
be cast into God’s prisons. For your family’s sake, do not be as a fool. Mothers, do you hear this warning from the Lord, and
have you gained knowledge, and have you made known to your children’s father, or fathers, that for the children’s’ sake, they
should turn to Him to receive Knowledge of Him, and teach His Words to their children as it is God’s law).
John 15:7 “If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.”
Proverbs 1:2-6 To know wisdom and instruction, (is) to perceive (discern) the Words of Understanding. To receive the
instruction of wisdom, justice, judgment, and equity; to give prudence to the simple, to the young man knowledge and
discretion. A wise man WILL hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel, to understand a
proverb and an interpretation (enigma), the words of the wise and their puzzles (“riddles”, or “parables”).
Job 23:12 I have treasured the Words of His mouth more than my portion. (The Lord had let Satan take everything away from
Job; but, Job had never given up on the irrevocable promises that are contained within the Words of God – for the Lord’s
Words are supernatural, being both Spirit and Life. The book of Job is filled with teachings of the way of the Words of God,
and here we see that it was Job’s great desire and here Job says that His Words are his greatest treasure).
John 8:38 “I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you speak what you have seen with your father.” (The Words of
God are not just spoken; they are witnessed by putting them in action).
John 3:27-36 And they came to John and said to him, "Rabbi, He who was with you beyond the Jordan, to whom you have
testified--behold, He is baptizing, and all are coming to Him!" John answered and said, "A man can receive nothing unless it
has been given to him from heaven. You yourselves bear me witness, that I said, 'I am not the Christ,' but, 'I have been sent
before Him.' He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him,
rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled. He must increase, but I must
decrease. He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who
comes from heaven is above all. And what He has seen and heard, that He testifies; and no one receives His
testimony. He who has received His testimony has certified that God is true (Consider that John the Baptist is saying
that the Words of God are what testifies that God is real, for it is through doing His Words, that the good works of the Father –
the miracles - are enabled). For He whom God has sent speaks the Words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by
  measure. The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. He who believes in the Son has everlasting life;
and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." (If we do not receive His
Words, we will not see eternal Life).
John 14:23-31 “Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and the Father will love him, and
We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My Words; and the Word
which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me. These things I have spoken to you while being present with
you, But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your
remembrance all things that I said to you. Peace I leave with you, My Peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to
you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. You have heard Me say to you, I am going away AND coming
back to you (fulfills the prophecy of Daniel 12:4, and the sign of Jonah). If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, I
am going to the Father, for My Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to
pass, you may believe. I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me. But
that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave Me a commandment, so I do. Arise, let us go from
  here.”
Numbers 14:21 Then the Lord said, “I have pardoned, according to your word; but truly, as I live, ALL THE EARTH SHALL
BE FILLED with the glory of the Lord.”
Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth will be filled with the Knowledge of the Glory of the Lord, as the Waters cover the Sea.
John 15:3 “You are already clean because of the Word which I have spoken to you.” (His Words come with the power to
forgive sin, thus they have the power – the acceptable sacrifice – to make you clean if you continue to walk in them – John
  20:23)
1 Timothy 2:3-4 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come
to the knowledge of the Truth.

1 Corinthians 15:1 – 8 Moreover, brethern, I declare to you the GOOD NEWS which I preached to you, which also you
received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that WORD which I preached to you – unless
you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received that Christ died for our sins in accordance with
the scriptures; that he was buried; that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures; that he appeared to
Kephas, then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at once, most of whom are still living,
though some have fallen asleep. After that he appeared to James, then to all the apostles. Last of all, as to one born

Job 22:22 Receive, please, instruction from His mouth, and lay up His Words in your heart.
Psalm 119:103-105 How sweet are your Words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! Through Your precepts I get
understanding. Therefore I hate very false way. Your Word is a light to my feet and light to my path.
Hebrews 1:1-4 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these
last days spoken to us by His Son (the Father sent to us His Words that were spoken by His Son), whom He has appointed
heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His
person, and upholding all things by the Word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right
hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more
  excellent name than they.
Mark 4:9-13 But when He was alone, those around Him with the twelve asked Him about the parable (a parable is a puzzle
with a dual meaning), “To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all
things come in parables, so that seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand; lest
they should turn, and their sins be forgiven them. And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? Then how will
  you understand all the parables?”
Matthew 13:34,35 All these things Jesus spoke to them in parables; and without a parable He did not speak to them, that it
might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet saying: “I will open My mouth in parables; I will utter things which have
been kept secret from the to foundation of the world.” (By His Words the creation was framed and made).
Matthew 13:10-17 And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do you speak to them in parables.” He answered and said to
them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will
be taken from him. Therefore I speak in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they
understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, and
seeing you will see and not perceive; for the heart of this people has grown dull (Having almost no light). Their ears are hard of
hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their heart and turn, so that I
should heal them.’ But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear (This is His prophetic word that He
would fulfill to open to them His Words and give them Understanding of the Scriptures, and He did so in Luke 24:44-45); for
assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear
what you hear, and did not hear it.” (To see His Words being done and to hear His Words being spoken).
Mark 4:10,11 To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things
come in parables, so that seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand; lest they
should turn, and their sins be forgiven them.
Matthew 13:34,35 All these things Jesus spoke to them in parables; and without a parable He did not speak to them, that it
might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet saying: “I will open My mouth in parables; I will utter things which have
been kept secret from the to foundation of the world.”
Luke 20:8 And Jesus said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.” (He did not tell them for it was
hidden to them at that time, as they had to seek the knowledge of the Truth, it was not to be just handed to them, they have to
go forth to seek it with a truly repentant heart).
John 5:46-47 “For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for He wrote about Me. But if you do not believe His writings,
how will you believe My Words?”
Luke 21:34-36 “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation (wasted activities),
drunkenness (the wine, or luxuries of this world), and cares of this life (building your house in this world), and that Day come
on you unexpectedly. For IT WILL COME AS A SNARE on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. WATCH
therefore, and PRAY always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand
  before the Son of Man.”
Luke 17:20-37 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God would come, He answered them and
said, “The Kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the
Kingdom of God is within you.” Then He said to His disciples, “The days will come when you will desire to see one of the days
of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. And they will say to you, 'Look here!' or 'Look there!' Do not go after them or follow
them (For there will be many false prophets in the days after the midnight hour. That is during the time of the Famine of the
Word, which is the time when the Lord will not hear or speak to those who were not found worthy at the midnight hour). For as
the lightning that flashes out of one part under heaven, so also the Son of Man will be in His day (The Day of the Lord). But
first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the
days (plural – meaning the days up and until the Day of the Lord) of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives,
they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise as
it was in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out
of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man
is revealed. In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them

away. And likewise the one who is in the field, let him not turn back (The Lord is saying that when the Day of the Lord begins,
that we should not worry about our possessions, but we should turn to learning and seeking the Words of God, for they are the
treasure that is necessary to have His angels set us apart, as the angels did Lot and his wife and two daughters, so that we
can make it through the Time of the Night and its troubles, as well as the Time of the Day that will come with its plagues of
wrath that follow in the Trumpet and Bowl Judgments). Remember Lot's wife. Whoever seeks his life will lose it, and whoever
loses his life will preserve it (After the Midnight hour, those who lose their life will be martyrs, and they will be resurrected
along with Elijah and Enoch). I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed: the one will be taken and the other will
be left. Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left. Two men will be in the field: the one will
be taken and the other left.” And they answered and said to Him, “Where Lord?” So He said to them, “Wherever the body is,
there the eagles will be gathered together.”
John 4:22-26 “You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour is
coming and now is, when THE TRUE worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and Truth; for the Father is seeking
such to worship Him. GOD IS SPIRIT, and those who worship Him must worship in SPIRIT AND TRUTH. The woman
said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming” (who is called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.” Jesus said to
her, “I who speak to you am He.” (He tells us all things, and in John 16:13, the Lord said the Spirit of Truth leads us into all
things, so the Spirit of Truth and the Lord Jesus are One. Thus, He has now come with the Father as the Spirit of Truth).
Matthew 19:16,17 Now behold, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good shall I do that I may have eternal life?”
So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is Good but One, that is, God.” (Jesus answered the question, for in
His Word ”Good” is the irrevocable promise of eternal life).
Matthew 23:8 “But you do be called “Rabbi”; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren.”
John 13:13 “You call me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.”
Psalm 14:2-3, & Psalm 53:2-3 The Lord looks down from Heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any who
understand, who seek God. They have all turned aside, they have together become corrupt; there is none that does good, no,
not one. (Good is the promise of the works of God).
Jeremiah 4:22 "For My people are foolish; they have not known Me. They are silly children and they have no understanding.
They are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge."
John 6:28-29 Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to
them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”
Proverbs 1:23 Turn at My reproof; Surely I will pour out My Spirit on you; I will make My Words known to you.
Proverbs 8:8-17 All the words of My mouth are with righteousness; nothing crooked or perverse is in them. They are all plain
to him who understands, and right to those who find knowledge. Receive My instruction, and not silver, and knowledge rather
than choice gold; for wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her.
Luke 24:44-48 “Then He said to them, “These are the Words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must
be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.” And He opened their
understanding, that they might comprehend the scriptures. Then He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary
for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day (per Hosea 6:2-3, that we would be able to pursue the
knowledge of the Lord), and that repentance of sins should be preached in His name in all nations, beginning at Jerusalem
(the words to be opened first to the disciples in Jerusalem, then to the rest of the world when it is opened to us). And you are
witnesses of these things” (The disciples were witnesses to the opening of the Words to the disciples, firs in Jerusalem).
2 Timothy 3:1-9 But understand this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For people will be lovers of themselves,
avaricious, boasters, haughty, abusive, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, irreverent, without natural affection, relentless,
slanderers, uncontrolled, brutal, with no love for the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers
of God. While retaining a form of piety, they are strangers to its power (While they preach the scriptures that hold His Words,
they do not know the power that is in His Words). Turn away from such people. For from such people are those who worm
their way into houses and captivate idle women loaded down with sins and controlled by all sorts of impulses, forever trying
to learn and never able to reach a knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses (Jannes and
Jambres were the high priests of Egypt and of the Pharaoh whom God destroyed on the same night that He destroyed the first
born of Egypt – the Priests were worshipped as likened to a god and they were supposed to be rich in knowledge of all gods,
but on the very night that the Lord killed all the firstborn of man and animals in Egypt, He also killed all the gods of Egypt), so
do these men oppose the truth, corrupt thinkers as they are and counterfeits so far as faith is concerned. However, they will
not get very far, for their folly will be obvious to everyone, as was the case with those mentioned above.
Amos 6:1~14 “Woe to you who put far off the Day of Doom…who are not grieved for the Affliction of Joseph.” (In the 7 years
before the famine of Egypt, Joseph implemented taxation without accountability, and after the famine he sold the people back
what he had taken from them, and then after they lost everything, he made them to be, by their own desires for the life that
“was”, he made them all slave to the Pharaoh, changed their national laws, and took all of their properties from them. That is
the Affliction that God had Joseph place upon all the people of Egypt, and among all those who did business by trade with
Egypt. Only God’s people – Israel under Jacob, who was renamed as Israel - who knew the promises of His Words were kept
safe and secure. This is the Affliction that is coming upon all those who chase after the way of the City of Babylon, that is the
World Economic System of this day of trade).
Amos 8:11-14 “Behold! The days are coming,” says the Lord God, “That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of
  bread, nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the Lord, They shall wander from sea to sea, and from North to East;
The shall run to and fro, seeking the Word of the Lord, But shall not find it. In that day the fair virgins and strong young men

shall faint from thirst. Those who swear by the sin of Samaria, Who say, ‘As your god lives, O Dan!’ and, ‘As the Way of
Beersheba lives!’ They shall fall and never rise again.” ”
Revelation 3:16-20 “So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spit you out of My mouth. Because
you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’ -- and do not know that you are wretched, miserable,
poor, blind, and naked – I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that
you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you
may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold I stand at the door and knock.
If anyone hears My voice (Note that this is to all of us, and it is coming from the Lord, and He speaks the Words of God) and
opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”
Revelation 3:7 “These things says He who is Holy. He who is True. He who holds the key to David (The key to David’s heart
that is likened to the heart of the Lord's, a heart that has the words of God written upon it, and is a heart that seeks the
instruction of the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, the Son of the Most High God). He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts
  and no one opens.”
Acts 13:22 “And after He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, 'I
have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will'.”
John 6:27 “Do not labor for the food that perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will
give you, because the Father has set His SEAL on Him (Jesus had received God's Words in His heart, and Jesus through
rising up morning by morning obtained understanding from the Father - Is. 50:4. The meat is the Words of God and the bread
is the instruction of His Ways given to us by Jesus through the Spirit of Truth; and the water is the blessing of knowledge and
provision that comes forth from the Lord. The wine is that one who has knowledge that by faith and works has been turned
  into wisdom).”
Luke 18:7-8 “And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I
tell you that He will avenge them speedily, NEVERTHELESS, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find FAITH on the
  earth?”
John 14:10-14 “The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the
works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.
"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and GREATER WORKS
THAN THESE HE WILL Do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may
be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.”
Psalm 119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more
than the ancients because I keep Your precepts (Your Ways).
Psalm 119:144-148 The righteousness of Your testimonies is everlasting; give me understanding (Knowledge of the Holy
One), and I shall live. I cry out with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord! (David is zealous to learn the testimonies of the Way of
the Lord) I will keep Your statutes. I cry out to You; Save me, and I will keep your testimonies. I rise before the dawning of the
morning, and cry for help; I hope in Your word. My eyes are awake in through the night watches that I may meditate on Your
  Word.
Psalm 119:152 Concerning Your testimonies, I have known of old that You have founded them forever. (This has a meaning
that this knowledge of the Ways of the Lord being permanent promises of the Lord, were passed down from the ancients, and
also probably through David’s father to him. David is saying that these are established promises of how to do the works of the
Lord. This is why David fixed them in his heart and spent so much time to meditate upon them).
Psalm 4:2-4 O you sons of men, how long you will you turn My Glory to shame? (How long will we turn His Words having in
them the power of His irrevocable Promises, and that have His Spirit in them, Into a reproach). How long will you love
worthlessness? How long will you seek a lie? Selah. But know that the Lord has set apart the godly for Himself; the Lord
hears when I call to Him. Be angry (Tremble) and do not sin; meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still. Selah. (We
fail to remember that God hates the complacent people. In Amos 8:11-14 the Lord says that He will cause to fall those who
are as the people of the tribe of Dan who allow false ways and teachings to prosper while they turn their head away, content to
have a position and an income. The Lord wants us to increase in knowledge and understanding).
Matthew 7:24-27 " THEREFORE WHOEVER HEARS THESE SAYINGS OF MINE, AND DOES THEM, I will liken him to a
wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that
house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. BUT EVERYONE WHO HEARS THESE SAYINGS OF MINE, AND
DOES NOT DO THEM, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came,
and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall."
James 1:22-24 But be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the Word
and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately
forgets what kind of man he was.
Romans 11:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
Isaiah 6:8-10 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I!
Send me.” And He said, “Go, and tell this people: Keep on hearing, but do not understand; keep on seeing, but do not
perceive. Make the heart of this people dull, and their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and
hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and return and be healed.”

He will say, 'Here I am". If you take away the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness, 10if
you extend your soul to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted soul, then your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your darkness

Words on Sunday and not your own words. In other Words we are to teach about the Words of God, for they are the Pearl of
Great Price, and to stop teaching our own wisdom of pearls of lesser value. God has said that when the Pearl of Great Price
is found, then His merchants, His teachers, are to get rid of all their other pearls and to teach only that Great Pearl of His
Words that comes with the assurance of God’s promise of eternal Life to those who will hear and believe on Him. We are to
stop preaching the promises of prosperity for giving a seed, and our ideas of how to achieve a more abundant life, and our
other ideas of man’s wisdom, and to begin preaching the message that God has ordained for these times, the Words of God
that come with His Spirit and Eternal Life in them).
Luke 9:5 And whoever will not receive you, when you go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet as a testimony

‘Even the dust of your town that sticks to our feet, we wipe off in protest against you. Know this, however, that the kingdom of
God has approached you (His Words was sent with the disciples, and they contain His Kingdom and they are His Kingdom).’ I
tell you, it will be more endurable on that Day for Sodom than for that town. “Alas for you, Chorazin! Alas for you, Bethsaida!
For if the miracles had occurred in Tyre and Sidon that were done in you, they would long since have been sitting repentant in
sackcloth and ashes. But it will be more endurable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, will
you be lifted up to heaven? No! You will sink to Hades. “Whoever listens to you, listens to Me, and whoever rejects you,
rejects Me. But whoever rejects Me, rejects Him who sent Me.”
