Nicknames, unlike birth names, aren't given in honor of a dead relative, a legendary athlete or because your mom loved a certain character on a certain TV show - those of you saddled with Heath as a middle name know exactly what I'm talking about (and you can blame the '60s ratings stalwart Big Valley). If you want people to marvel at the size of your shoulders when you bang out a set of military presses, then you need to envision yourself as Dennis "Big Bad" Wolf with every rep. This might sound a bit extreme, but a nickname is your reputation personified, and ultimately, you have some control over how you're perceived.
