             We will be using six full mat surfaces

We have 36 rooms booked at $119.95 please confirm that you are with the Canada
East Wrestling Group

We have 30 rooms booked at $119 includes Breakfast. Please confirm that you are
with Canada East.

*Note all three hotels have a pool. All rooms will be released on March 15 th so

Cost: The entry fee will be $55 per athlete. This includes: tournament, Weigh in
snack if done in Orillia, Gift, Saturday dinner, Saturday dance
Unique medals for top three finishers. Coaches meeting and Social.

Weigh In: Weigh In will start at 10:00am at the Highwayman Inn (HYMI) on
Friday May 1st and end at 4:00pm. Special weigh in sites may be established
for our out of province visitors that wish to take in the sites of Toronto. Contact to make arrangements.
Draw:   Will be pool style draw for Kids and Novice divisions to a
        maximum of 5 per weight class. Bantams will be a 8 person
        bracket draw. No fixed weight classes.

*Note: Novice and most kids weights will be done in one day.

Rules: We will be using the CAWA rules and normal standards in youth
        Wrestling in the past. No protest, All wrestlers must wear a singlet.
        All athletes must be members of their PSO’s for wrestling.

Friday May 1 :         9:00am registration, skin check, weigh in (HYMN)
                       4:00 pm weigh in ends
                       4:30- 8:30 draw
                       7:00- 8:30 coaches meeting and social (TBD)
                       8:30- 11:00 group social (TBD)

Saturday May 2nd: 8:00 draw posted (Mask)
                       8:30 final corrections (Mask)
                       9:00 opening ceremonies (Mask)
                       9:30 wrestling starts
                       Wrestling will finish up to bantam semi finals
                       matches and Kids division true gold matches.
                       5:00 Dinner for kids (TBD)
                       7:00-10:00 dance for kids (TBD)
Sunday May 3rd:         9:00 Semi final start and we will have a short
                       break before finals
                       Medals will be handed out after each weight class,
                       in a separate location within 10 minutes of final
                       match. Wrestlers should have on singlet or team
All teams planning on attending please send photo of
team with names if possible. This will be put into a
magazine at the event. Dead line for this is April 1st.
