  Program Goal (MPPG) of 25% of total Agency Fiscal Year
  Expenditures.
• Small Business Goals are established annually between SBA and
  each Federal Agency.
• Individual Small Business Goals:
• 3 percent (of Total FY Procurement $’s) awarded to Service
  Disabled Veteran owned Small Businesses.
• 5 percent (of Total FY Procurement $’s) awarded to Small &
  Disadvantaged Businesses.
• 5 percent (of Total FY Procurement $’s) awarded to Small Women
  Owned Businesses.
• 10 percent (of Total FY Procurement $’s) awarded to SBA 8(a)
