               is hereby given by the CITY OF LAREDO of meetings to be held during the


       2009 WASHINGTON, D.C. LEGISLATIVE TRIP.
Written notice is also hereby given that the following public officials will be traveling to Washington,
D.C., on Sunday, March 22, 2009, in order to attend the various meetings that will be scheduled with
federal legislative officials and agencies: Mayor Raul G. Salinas, Council Member Hector Garcia, Council
Member Juan Narvaez, Council Member Gene Belmares, and Council Member Cynthia Liendo Espinoza.
Their scheduled date of return is March 26, 2009.

Dates of meetings: Monday, March 23, 2009 through Wednesday, March 25, 2009, as scheduled below.

case of any changes and in order to obtain further information. In addition to the meetings, the
