Mark Center Express Shuttle
The Mark Center Shuttle Program began service in
1990. It was started to help satisfy the requirements
of the City of Alexandria’s transportation plan.

This service is made up of three commercial shuttle
buses that provide transportation between the
Pentagon City Metro and designated stops within the
Mark Center Office Park and Millbrook I & II.

The annual ridership for 2006 was 108,167.

  Pentagon City Metrorail Station
• The Mark Center Express Shuttle picks up
  from the Pentagon City Metro Station,
  located on the Blue and Yellow lines
• There are two exits to the station. Coming
  out of the metro, you would turn left upon
  exiting to be on the correct side of the road
  for shuttle pick up
• Pentagon City is home to not only the metro,
  but also a mall with over 170 shops and
  eateries

 Take the Ride On bus 55 towards Rockville, exit at Shady Grove
 Take Red Line towards Glenmont to Gallery Place/Chinatown
 Transfer to Yellow Line and take towards Huntington to Pentagon City
   Station.
 Board Mark Center Shuttle (pick-up in front of the Ritz-Carlton)
 Estimated trip time: 1 hour, 20 minutes

To Mark Center from Columbia:
 Take Laurel/College Park (G route) or Laurel/Greenbelt (H route) routes
   of Howard Transit buses to either the College Park or Greenbelt
   Metrorail stations
 Take Green Line towards Branch Ave to Gallery Place/Chinatown
 Transfer to Yellow Line and take towards Huntington to Pentagon City
   Station.

 Transfer to the Yellow line towards Huntington and exit at the
