2010 Day Camp
Full-time Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Part-time 3 or 4 days per week 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Berwyn Resident Rate:
Part-time $90 (3 day) $110 (4 day)
Part-time $100 (3 day) $120 (4 day)
The first & last week of camp & a $20.00 deposit per week is required at time of registration.
The $20.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per week will secure your child’s spot.
Deposits will be applied toward your weekly payment. Deposits are non-refundable, even if th
child does not attend the week of camp. Others will be turned away based upon your
commitment to the program.
We accept major credit cards, cash or personal checks. A $25.00 returned check fee will apply
All non-sufficient fee’s along with any payments are due before your child can return to camp.
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash/Check (if eligible DCA)
ACTION FOR CHILDREN (DCA):
Day Care Action is a state funded program. Must meet requirements.
Applications can be picked up at the Berwyn Recreation Department.

Field trips are not included in the weekly day camp fee. Field trips are an additional fee.
Field trips are once a week. Most trips are scheduled on Wednesday’s.
Field trips are non-refundable due to scheduling and contracts.
Children are required to bring a brown sack lunch daily.
Lunches should consist of a nutritious balanced lunch. No glass bottles. Disposable drinks onl
We do recycle! We encourage parents to use recyclable products in their child’s lunch!

Children are required to arrive to camp no later than 9:00 a.m. to meet with their
. counselor & group before beginning their day.
Campers will swim daily & are required to bring a bathing suite, towel & sunscreen.
Swim lessons are provided twice a week for ages 8 & under & once a week for ages
9 to 14 years.
Our Staff is CPR/First Aid Certified, College students 18 yrs. or older & have
experience working with children.
Campers are divided into small age appropriate groups with high staff to camper ratio.
Campers will participate in weekly field trips. Majority of our trips planned on Wed.
Daily activities will consist of swimming & water slide fun, sports, games, crafts,
cooking, cheerleading, indoor & outdoor activities, special themed events such as
dances, penny carnival, prom & ice cream social.
In collaboration with the Berwyn Public Library our campers walk to the library for
Movie Day! They will enjoy an age appropriate movie, popcorn & juice!
Campers will have an opportunity to participate in the Berwyn Library Summer
Parent Meeting Wednesday May 26th & Tuesday June 1st at 7:00 p.m.
