EXECUTION * Attach a D-handle to the iat puiidown cable, sit erect on the seat and tuck your quads under the pads. * Reach up and grasp the handle with a neutral (palm facing in) or pronated grip (palm facing out), with your torso erect and your chest out. * With your working arm fully extended, lean back 10-15 degrees and look straight ahead. * Drop your shoulder by depressing your clavicles, and avoid pinching or shrugging your neck. * Squeeze your shoulder blades together, take a deep breath and pull the handle to your upper chest or shoulder, focusing onyourlats as you pull your elbowback and down. * Pause, then slowly release the handle back to the start.
