"Then there was Arnold. For my fortieth birthday, my ex-husband gave me a black and white Hampshire pig. It was sort of a joke, but I kept Arnold for thirteen years. He was the size of a couch. I had a house built for him and a watering trough. He started growing tusks and one grew and curled back into his gum.
