The 2008 Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) International board of directors are presented. Alfred A. Guebert, ITE international president, is VP of TSH Associates, responsible for Western Canadian operations and is based in Calgary Alberta, Canada. Kenneth Voigt, ITE international VP, is a senior traffic engineer at Ayres Associates. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and Madison campuses. Earl Newman, ITE immediate past international president, is assistant director of public works in charge of traffic engineering for the City of Springfield, MO. He has a master's degree in civil engineering from the Bureau of Highway Traffic at Pennsylvania State University and earned a BSCE from the University of Missouri in 1967. Lynn A. LaMunyon is a principal of CMX Inc, a national multi-disciplined engineering firm headquartered in Manalapan, NJ. Susan Best is practice leader, Traffic Engineering and ITS, for Urban Engineers Inc, based in Philadelphia, PA.
