In an interview, Steve Miller, talked about his book The Turnaround Kid. On being on the board of the software firm Symantec after working mostly at old-economy firms, Miller said Silicon Valley thinks differently -- a quarter is a long time there, but in the car business, five years seems too fast. On being frank in his book about Lee Iacocca's imperial style, he said what he wrote is candid and balanced. His advice for aspiring CEO is to do what sounds fun. If you don't, that will slow you down.
