Once we have received a copy of your Credit files, if we believe that we may be able to assist you further in relation to your Credit file, we will request that you provide instructions and that you pay the initial assessment fee of $220.00 GST Incl. Once we have received the payment we will then assess your Credit files. Using the information provided by you we will then provide you with a CLA Credit Assessment Report detailing whether we can assist you for fixing your Credit file. Alternatively, if we believe that we can not assist you to rectify the problems on your Credit file if you wish we may be able to refer you to a credit provider who may be able to assist you to obtain the finance that you are seeking. Some credit providers make errors when accessing or entering your private credit information and you may be entitled to challenge these errors and improve your chances of getting that loan. Credit Law Australia (CLA) is an incorporated legal practice that was set up with the sole purpose of assisting individuals and companies that have had their applications for credit/finance declined. Once we have received a copy of your credit files and if we believe we may be of assistance in rectifying any problem(s) on your file, we will request further information from you and request that you pay $220.00 inclusive of GST. For the small set fee of $220.00 inc. GST which also includes all charges, Credit Law Australia’s experienced legal team will assess your credit file. We will advise you of the problems on your credit file, obtain your instructions in relation to those problems and provide you with a comprehensive Credit Assessment Report (CAR). It is vital that you answer correctly and honestly outlining the true circumstances as to why you have been declined or have failed to pay previous credit providers. Ask your bank or finance broker why your credit history may affect the loan approval process. Remember that all information provided by you remains confidential. The CAR will advise you of any legal avenues that may be available to fix your credit file and also provide you with an estimate of our costs for doing so. If you instruct us to attempt to fix an error, an example of our fees to rectify two errors on your credit history without going to court is $880.00 inc. GST. At Credit Law we aim to provide you with a high quality legal service without having to resort to high legal fees. Should you engage our services to assist in fixing your credit file you can be assured that you will not be charged for every minute we spend on your matter. The work involved in fixing your credit file is varied and differs on a case by case basis. It may involve the removal of court judgements/defaults and the correction of errors/misdescriptions that appear on your credit file. Simply fill in the enclosed CLA and Dun & Bradstreet (D & B) forms and send them back to us. If we believe that we can not assist you in rectifying the problems on your Credit File, we may be able to offer you a referral to a credit provider who may be able to assist you to obtain the finance that you are seeking.
