About CCCS of Greater Dallas
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Dallas, Inc. (CCCS Dallas) is a nonprofit, community
based credit and debt management service. Established in 1974, CCCS Dallas and its affiliate offices
provide financial education and counseling to consumers in-person and by phone through 24 locations in
four states. CCCS Dallas is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), the
nation’s largest and longest serving national nonprofit credit counseling network. Further, the agency holds
accreditation from the Council on Accreditation, an independent third party, assuring the highest standards
and business practices.
Services Financial Counseling provides expert guidance in debt management, budgeting, housing
and life events issues.
Financial Education offers online and classroom courses including basic financial
literacy and wellness, home ownership readiness and sustainability, credit management,
banking, shopping, saving and much more.
Personalized Solutions from professional counselors who are available to meet individual
needs for each type of financial problem.
Bankruptcy Certificates are available through CCCS Dallas' bankruptcy services. The
agency offers pre-filing bankruptcy counseling and pre-discharge bankruptcy education by
certified bankruptcy counselors.
