To prevent this kind of data loss, a portion of the main battery will keep your data safe for 72 hours if your device runs out of power. An additional battery, the backup battery, is designed to keep your data safe when you remove the main battery. It will keep this data safe for 20 minutes. To close the receipt dialog you have to tap the Cancel button and wait until the button changes to Close which could take some time. By clicking at the button again the dialog will be closed. You will find the document in the fax Inbox folder when a fax has been received successfully. In order to optimize the fax receipt, you should ask the sender of the fax to give you a call before the fax is sent out to you, so that you have enough time to prepare yourself for the incoming fax as described above.
