Offer good on the purchase of an HP iPAQ h6315 or 6310 Pocket PC made between 8/26/2004 and 7/31/2005 AND subsequent purchase of a qualifying wireless service plan activated with T-Mobile by calling 1-866-464-8662 only. Service plan must be for exclusive use with the iPAQ h6315 or h6310 purchased. iPAQ products purchased and activated at the time of purchase through an authorized T-Mobile agent or retailer do not qualify for this rebate; customers must call 1-866-464-8662 and activate directly with T-Mobile to qualify. Requests must be postmarked within 75 days of iPAQ purchase date. Purchase date is determined by invoice, receipt or ship date. Customer must have web access and the ability to print to redeem this offer. Offer not valid if service from T-Mobile is cancelled within 14 days of its activation.
