The project is in response to a violation which involved the removal of woody debris, vegetation, habitat, bank protection and the unauthorized placement of fill in approximately 20 feet of channel. The applicant proposes installing 6 large woody debris V-barbs; keying in rootwad/log structures between the V-barbs; placing riprap along the remaining areas of exposed toe; sloping the bank; and excavating river cobble and gravel to encourage less hazardous channel geometry. The project length consists of approximately 300 linear bank feet located in the Flying Heart Ranch #2 Subdivision, Lot 25 SE ¼ , SW ¼ , Section 32, T3N, R18E, BM, Blaine County, Idaho. 2:00 INCLUSIONARY HOUSING AMENDMENT (Cancelled 2/21/2008) Public hearing on and consideration of draft amendments to the Blaine County Code, Title 10, Zoning Regulations, Chapter 5, Section 4, relating to Inclusionary Housing. Heard before the Planning & Zoning Commission on October 25, 2007 and recommended for approval with modification on December 13, 2007.
