TD Waterhouse Private Client Services, Private Investment Counsel is one of Canada’s leading
discretionary investment management firms with assets in excess of $14 billion. As a result of
growth within the region, we are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Portfolio
Manager to join our Saskatchewan team.

The Portfolio Manager will initially be responsible for managing a book of approximately 40 high
net worth client relationships with assets over $40 million that are managed on a discretionary
basis. The PM will be responsible for maintaining and growing the client base and determining
the appropriate portfolio structure for clients' asset mix, geographic/currency diversification,
equity, fixed income style.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and business development skills, along
with strong technical (investment) skills required to successfully manage high net worth clients.
It will be critical for the candidate to work with minimum supervision as well as have the ability to
manage support staff. Travel will also be required.
The qualified candidate must also have a minimum of 5 years of discretionary money
management experience and have or be eligible for SSC registration as a Portfolio Manager.
This position is ideal for those seeking a long term career as an Investment Counselor.

Academic requirements include an undergraduate degree and a CFA designation.
