apartado 1-b, del RDL 4/2004 de 5 de marzo, Vd. puede deducir de la cuota íntegra del Impuesto sobre Sociedades, el 6%
de los gastos de concurrencia a Ferias celebradas en España con carácter internacional (salvo modificación por la Ley de
Presupuestos Generales).

INFORMATION REGARDING APPLYING TO EXHIBIT
1 Please fill in all the details on your company and the stand you wish to rent. We would ask that you kindly type or use
block capitals.
2 Specify the area requested in multiples of 16 m2 (or other spaces when indicated). Please specify whether you want to rent
space only or space plus shell scheme stand. Should you choose the latter, please let us know the model of turn-key stand
you
prefer.
3 After an authorised person from your company has signed the Application Form, you must return the original to the fair plus
the payment of the registration fees and the percentage of the rental fees stipulated, to the address given below, keeping a
copy for yourself.
4 Please observe the deadlines for application. However, if the deadline has expired, you can contact the organisation of the
event to check whether exhibition space is still available and whether you can still apply.
5 Payment should be made:
- In cash / credit card at the Feria Valencia Treasury Office.
- By bank transfer to any of the following bank accounts payable to Feria Valencia / name of fair. In this case proof of payment
must be sent with your Application Form:
- By banker's cheque to Feria Valencia / name of fair.
6 Once the Fair has allocated the space to be occupied by your company, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for the sum pending
to be paid for the space rented, this payment must be made by the date specified. You will also receive an application form
for ordering Exhibitors Services.
7 Once all outstanding payments have been made, including those corresponding to contracted services, you can collect Passes
for personnel assembling your stand from the Technical Department at Feria Valencia, and Exhibitor Passes, valid only for
the duration of the event, from the Treasury Office.
8 At the Feria Valencia Treasury Office you will find the forms authorising the removal of goods exhibited at the event after its
closure. Once duly filled in, the forms must be submitted to the Treasury Office to be stamped and signed, after first checking
that there are no outstanding payments due.
9 Please remember that trade fairs strictly prohibit the sale of products exhibited on st ands to private individuals.
Therefore, no removal authorisation forms will be stamped for that purpose.
10 The parties hereto freely and voluntarily agree to be bound by the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia
for the settlement of any legal disputes arising over the interpretation or execution of the agreements contained in the present
contract.

el jueves 17 de 08.00 a 16.00 horas.

IMPORTANT: Setting-up of stands should be finished on Wednesday16th June at 8pm, and exhibitors are allowed in the exhibition
centre on Thursday 17st June from 8am-4pm.
Las empresas de nueva inscripción y aquellas que la organización determine, deberán aport ar documentación informativa tanto de la empresa como de los productos a
exponer, reservandose la Feria el derecho a verificar estos extremos y en su caso, aprobar o denegar la p articipación como expositor / Companies exhibiting for the first
time and any other so requested by the fair must provide documents giving information on the company itself and on the products to be exhibited. The fair reserves the right
to verify then and to approve or refuse the applicant’s as an exhibitor.
1.2.- OTRAS CONDICIONES ESPECÍFICAS DE LA EDICIÓN / OTHER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THIS EDITION
1.2.1.- PACK BÁSICO:
Superficie a ocupar: 16 M2.
- Acabado melamínico blanco sobre elevado 16 mm, con una altura total de 35 mm y cantonera de aluminio acabado en acero inoxidable
- Paramentos separadores fabricados en MDF de 16 mm con estructura separadora interna. Unión entrecallada, encintada y pintura en continuo color blanco. Altura
encintada y pintura de en continuo color blanco roto. Altura de 1,60 m.
- Cuadro diferencial eléctrico.
- Superestructura de Truss suspendida desde cubierta del pabellón ferial emplazando sobre cada 16 m2 6 focos de 100 w c/u, de alta luminosidad y gran apertura.
- Armario de 30 x 50 x 100 cm para alojar cuadro diferenciales y bases de conexión, con un estante por conjunto de stands, en el supuesto de que se contraten
varios módulos.
- 2 spots leds de alta luminosidad sobre varillas orientables cada 16 m2.
- Señalizador mediante cubo con frontal de metacrilato retroiluminado alojando marca personalizada.
- Consumo de energía eléctrica correspondiente a la instalación del pack.
- Limpieza básica diaria del stand
- Prima de seguro contra incendios y daños por aguas, correspondientes a una cobertura de 2850 € (2.400 € correspondientes al contenido y 450 € a la estructura
del stand.
- Una plaza de aparcamiento por razón social inscrita.
- Inscripción en el Catálogo Oficial.
- Tasa de industria.
1.2.1.- BASIC PACK: The 16 m2 module price includes:
- White laminate floor. The floring has been raised 16mm. whit a total height of 35 mm and includes aluminium edging of staninless steel finish.
- Floorspace to be occupied
- Electrical power consumption corresponding to pack.
- Basic cleaning of stand on a daily basis
- Inclusion in the Official Catalogue
- Insurance premium covering damages caused by fire or water including a cover of €2,850 (€2,400 corresponding to the contents and €450 to the stand's structure)
- One parking space per exhibitor.
- Differential board.
- Partition walls made of MDF (16 mm thick) including an internal separating structure. Joints have been completely finished and taped resulting in a continuous flat
surface painted in white colour. Height: 1.60 m.
- One cupboard (30 x 50 x 100) storing four differentials and connection bases; and in case that several modules are hired, a shelf will be included per set of stands.
- 2 powerful spot leds mounted on adjustable bars and separated every 16 m2.
- Sign with backlit perspex front for personalised brand.
- Truss superstructure hanging from the roofing of the exhibition centre supporting 6 lights (100 W x6) with wide aperture over each 16m2 stand
