      « Enterprise Content & Document management »
Concerns:
All enterprises are confronted to the same dilemma. On the one hand, the quantity of content and
information received or generated by an enterprise is ever increasing via a growing number of
different media (documents, emails, faxes, IT data, etc.). On the other hand, this key intellectual
capital is poorly managed. As a result, managers and employees are wasting their precious time
looking for the information they need. This represents not only a significant loss of productivity but,
moreover, a critical risk on enterprise governance and the related legal aspects.

Which tools and methodologies are required to solve the dilemma? That is the question this
seminar on “Content & document management” will answer.

Objectives
It is a dual objective: provide both the basic knowledge as well as recent information on current
applications and trends. The emphasis is more on managerial and strategic aspects than on technical
details on IT products. However IT aspects will be covered for the benefit of non-IT persons.
