   market.

   the next 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property protection obtained.

8. Management Team – include details of industry experience and previous entrepreneurial
   ventures for each member.

9. Investment sought – include details of what the funding will be used for, the percentage
   of equity offered, any management requirements and exit strategy for investors.
