Description: In this article I offer a brief review of the Seachange phenomenon which has captured national interest and public discourse for almost a decade. However, as the phenomenon grows and continues to fill small regional towns and villages, Seachange creates specific problems that need addressing. Such issues as aesthetic degradation and social inequality could hinder the future of this migratory movement and present major issues for small towns. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
