Real Estate Purchase Contract Disclosure
Please include the following wording when drafting the real estate purchase contract or addendum to the real estate purchase contract: Buyer Assistance Pro, LLC., (BAP) will be involved in this transaction on a consultant basis to aid the parties involved, and to expedite the closing and funding of this transaction as outlined in the attached Buyer’s and Seller’s Agreements. The title company will then be informed that Buyer Assistance Pro, LLC., is a party in this transaction, and that payment to us is required. We will also provide the title company with a letter of escrow instruction signed by the seller, authorizing payment directly to us through closing.
** Please note This document does not constitute the Purchase Contract Addendum in its entirety; it is just the wording that needs to be included. The law requires that full disclosure be made to all parties involved.
