State and Federal tax forms are available at many library locations while supplies last
Many Saint Paul Public Library locations will have free forms available when they are received from the IRS or Minnesota Department of Revenue. If the form you need is not available, copy-ready State and Federal forms are available at some library locations. Standard charges for use of library printers and copiers apply.

AARP Volunteers Offer Free Tax Preparation Assistance At Library
In order to receive this free service, you are REQUIRED to provide the following:
- Valid, Current Photo ID -- MN state drivers license or state ID or current passport. - Social Security Card or ITIN card for yourself and all dependents that you are claiming - Date of birth for self, spouse, children and all dependents you are claiming
You will be required to fill out and sign an AARP form listing address, phone number, dates of birth, and social security numbers. Other documents will be required. Please see the Library’s Tax Assistance materials handout for more information.
