To achieve success in this "quest" the Leagues in Kansas have partnered with the American Association of University Women, the NAACP, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, the American Constitution Society, area bar associations, the Eisenhower Presidential Library, the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics, local chambers of commerce, and the Topeka Center for Peace and Justice. The Honorable Carol W.
