develops and produces long endurance lighter-than-air Unmanned Airships designed to
provide persistent surveillance for extended durations at mid and high altitudes, has
entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Command and Control
System and Software Division of L-3 Services, Inc. (C2S2).
The terms of the MOU, call for Sanswire and C2S2 to collaborate on preparing the STS-

airships’ command and control suites and mission packages. In addition, C2S2 team
members will be trained on operations and maintenance of the STS-111 in preparation for
delivering fully operational airships for deployment and operations.
“This collaboration not only shows confidence in our technology and the capability of the
STS-111, but is also evidence that unmanned airships are the future of surveillance and
reconnaissance. This gives further validation that the STS-111’s revolutionary design,
extended duration, and unique mobility will be recognized as a valuable asset in the UAV
space,” said David A. Christian, Chief Executive Officer of Sanswire.

and customer base than ever before. We consider this MOU to be a validation of our
