      To Whom It May Concern:

      I am writing this letter to explain my current situation, in hopes that a solution can be resolved. Until this point, I have done
      everything within my power to make my payments on time and abide by the original contract in which I entered with the original
      lender.

      The following changes and/or events have occurred that have caused the existing loan to become unaffordable since its' origination
      on March 17, 2007. In January of 2008, my position had a compensation change, and I no longer receive bonus compensation for
      production bonuses. My compensation has been eliminated by 40k per year. This has put our debt levels much higher, and we are
      having a difficult time making our payments. We have adjustable rate mortgages, and our home value has declined by over 100k.




      The situation above, impaired our ability to afford the current mortgage payments. We would like the opportunity to have our
      mortgages brought current, with fixed mortgage rates so we can start working on getting caught up.




      Now, we feel things are getting better and with your assistance we could once again afford our home. Our main long-term goal is to
      keep the home. We hope my position will once again allow earnings for production levels. Once we can get caught up on our
      payments, and be offered a fixed rate, we will manage our debt better, and work hard on cutting back our current life style.

                I am writing this letter to explain my current situation, in hopes that a solution can be resolved. Until this point, I have done
                everything within my power to make my payments on time and abide by the original contract in which I entered with the original
                lender.
                The following changes and/or events have occurred that have caused the existing loan to be unaffordable since its'origination on
                March 17, 2007. In January of 2008, my position had a compensation change, and I no longer receive bonus compensation for
                production bonuses. My compensation has been eliminated by 40k per year. This has put our debt levels much higher, and we are
                having a difficult time making our payments. We have adjustable rate mortgages, and our home value has declined by over 100k.




                The situation above, impaired our ability to afford the current mortgage payments. We would like the opportunity to have our
                mortgages brought current, with fixed mortgage rates so we can start working on getting caught up.



                Now, we feel things are getting better and with your assistance we could once again afford our home. Our main long-term goal is to
                keep the home. We hope my position will once again allow earnings for production levels. Once we can get caught up on our
                payments, and be offered a fixed rate, we will manage our debt better, and work hard on cutting back our current life style.
