Terms & Conditions

1.      The Supplier hereby permits the Hirer to hire the Goods for a minimum specified period
        until such time as the hiring is determined as hereinafter provided. The Hirer shall be a mere
        bailee of the Goods and no property in them shall pass to the Hirer.

2.      (a)     An inventory of the Goods will be provided by Supplier to the Hirer at the time of
                delivery / pick-up.
        (b)     The Hirer shall ensure that there is adequate and suitable vehicle parking close to the
                delivery address (to allow the van to park safely and in close proximity to the
                premises), and that the premises are suitable for delivery of the Goods without any
                dismantling or alteration to the Goods or the premises.
        (c)     The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that adequate adjacent services are provided for
                any electrical appliances and for the commissioning of such equipment.

3.      (a)     The Hirer shall, during the continuance of the hiring, keep the Goods in good and
                substantial repair and condition (reasonable wear and tear only excepted), and keep
                the Goods at the address to which the same were delivered and installed by Supplier.

      (b)     The Hirer shall ensure that there is adequate and suitable vehicle parking close to the
              delivery address (to allow the van to park safely and in close proximity to the
              premises), and that the premises are suitable for delivery of the Goods without any
              dismantling or alteration to the Goods or the premises.
      (c)     No portion of the Goods shall be removed from the Hirer’s premises without written
              authorisation is given by the Supplier.

4.    During the continuance of this Agreement, the Hirer shall pay to Supplier, without previous
      demand, the agreed charges by monthly standing order or other direct credit. Initial payment
      of the sum of £###, as hereinbefore indicated, must be made prior to delivery of the Goods.
      Handling charges of £###, providing for one (1) delivery and one (1) collection of the Goods,
      is included in this sum.

5.    During the continuance of this Agreement, the Hirer shall not sell, transfer, convey, or offer
      for sale, loan, rental, sub-let or otherwise dispose of or assign the possession of the Goods or
      any portion thereof.

6.    The Hirer shall protect the Goods against any distress, execution or seizure and shall
      indemnify the Supplier against all losses, costs, charges, damages and expenses incurred by
      reason or in respect thereof.

7.    The Hirer shall not interfere with, adapt or alter the Goods in any way.

8.    The Hirer shall keep the Goods insured, without excess, during the lease period, for perils
      including loss or damage by accidental fire, lightning, explosion, storm, flood, escape of
      water from any tank, pipe or apparatus, impact and theft. In the absence of such insurance
      coverage, the Supplier can effect a damage waiver at the rate of ##% of the rental fee, plus
      Value Added Tax, payable in advance. The Hirer shall keep the Supplier indemnified against
      all loss and damage incurred to or by the Goods, howsoever caused.

9.    The Hirer shall pay to the Supplier all expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Suppli
