Overview
She_s a 30-something mum who loves health, wellbeing, food and beauty. She_s fighting a mummy-tummy and
fine lines while at the same time loving her older years.
She_s accepted she_ll never have Kate Moss_s body, but she_s not giving in to the _middle-age spread_ either.
After all, 40 is the new 30.
As a woman primarily aged 30 to 55 years, she_s had two children and is back working part-time. She_ll happily
sing along to The Wiggles but is also trying to balance her life as a working woman, a wife, a friend and a
member of her community. She loves her married life but equally loves her _me-time_ when her husband takes
the kids and she has a sleep in, haircut, coffee, time with her friends or goes to an exercise class.
Our reader is responsible, willing to change and positive in her outlook. She loves short cuts that make her life
easier and wants intelligent, original and sensible ideas to stay young, in control and to keep her body slim.
Looking after her health and stress levels are really important as she has so many demands on her. She_s got
5-10 excess kilos from having children and she wants to know how to lose them without resorting to the faddy
diets she tried in her twenties. And without it interrupting her daily routine. She_s a middle-Australia mum who
identifies with Oprah more than Paris Hilton, and as she_s the main grocery buyer she_s in control of her family_s
health and wellbeing.
