A. Make sure your data settings are setup properly according to your cellular provider and device type. Cingular's device settings are attached in PDF format to this FAQ. Once you have verified your data connection settings, change "Idle disconnect after:" to "None" in Settings>Data Connections>Menu>Options

• Q. I have no sound. Why?



A. Some PDA devices owners are using SmartPhone data plans rather than PDA data plans to save money. If you are one of those users, you will need to disable the proxy in your data connection settings. A common symptom is that audio will play over WiFi or when connected to a PC, but not over cellular data.

If you have disabled the proxy and still have no audio, your device may require that you install the WMA v9 codecs. The installation CAB (WindowsMediaCodecs.CAB) is attached at the end of this FAQ.
