Ms. Wagner will discuss and synthesize meaningful guidance regarding the legal realities of advising clients on key aspects of pricing, bundling, and exclusive dialing arrangements as well as strategic advice regarding the same from her perspective as outside antitrust counsel based on client business and the healthcare landscape.
