abica manages 100-120 direct customer billing contracts each month. “The process to manage these paper contracts was quite laborious and subject to manual errors. In many cases, the contracts had to be re-faxed to the customer in order to complete the billing process and begin provisioning services,” said Scott Allison, Managing Director. “From the verbal ‘yes’, our close cycle was anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
